• Awareness Training need to be carried out prior commencement of works.

PRE-HAND OVER INSPECTION & RECTIFICATION

• Full defects inspection and rectification prior CONQUAS / QLASSIC Assessment and Handing Over of units to purchasers

• Not only for CONQUAS / QLASSIC scoring but the CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION.

• To create a BRANDING and REPUTATION for the quality concerned developers

INDEPENDENT PRE-CONQUAS / QLASSIC ASSESSMENT

• CONQUAS 21 and QLASSIC is an ONE OFF assessment and no re-assessment or rescoring is allowed.

• Pre-Assessment is recommended to benchmark the achievement and level of readiness for the CONQUAS / QLASSIC assessment.

• Summary, indicative score and report will be generated for further improvement and preparation

DEFECTS RECTIFICATION / QUALITY ENHANCEMENT TEAM

• Quality enhancement and defects rectification is a MUST if we want to score in the CONQUAS / QLASSIC Assessment

• Need a specific skilled defects rectification team to carry out the fine-tuning works and defects rectification.

• Focus on the areas that will be inspected / assessed by assessors.

- A sample can be a beam, slab, column or wall- RC in-situ proportioned by GFA- RC pre-cast proportioned by concrete volume- Pre-stressed concrete proportioned by cost- Steel structural proportioned by tonnage
