Benchmarking is the comparative evaluation of technologies, production processes and products of an organization, compared to the leading European organizations in the same market.Dimensions typically measured are quality, time, and cost. Improvements from learning mean doing things better, faster, and cheaper.

The five key steps in the benchmarking process are:

Plan: it defines that how is to be done?

Analysis: the data is collected and determine the current performance gap so

to achieve the goal .

Action: Develop and implement improvement plans & performance targets.

Review: Monitor performance against the performance targets.

Repeat: Repeat the whole process –

benchmarking needs to become a habit if you are serious about improving your

performance.

Its best practice is that all suppliers are treated fairly and also the management in which there are different departments for different services such as Production, Washing ,Maintaining ,Denting ,Painting.Also provides good service by acquiring minimum amount of time this leads to the name i.e. the BEST SERVICEAnd also great practice that there is no reservation based on any caste or religion.

can see in the images 2. No disparity is there .everybody is treated equally.

The quality of uniformity and self –service has been well explained by the great brand of pizza i.e. PIZZA HUT. Also Friendly Working Environment is maintained and provides us the Good Quality Food (Hygiene).

So in our college it teaches us that hygiene food should be given to all the students as food only leads to fitness for all students and employees.Mess of our hostel should be kept clean and proper care

should be taken while preparing food .3.Provide HYGENIC FOOD this is taught.

INDIAN ARMY The GREAT ARMY is famous for its discipline and

Represents Unity in diversity and Concentration. In our

college also ,there is quality of discipline .Students live

with their best concentration they can make. So all

these qualities build our university –A university with a

difference.

It has been depicted in the image that There is cultural fest but all the danceshas been done by keeping the quality of discipline in their mind.

Also in another image parade is done with complete uniform which shows full discipline andconcentration.

So so 4.QUALITY OF DISCIPLINE is taught.

ANTSThe best quality of ants are that they always work in team. This means that they believe in group work. So this teaches us the quality of team work. They teaches us how to work in group?, how to cooperate with each other and lead to the completion of the task successfully so this proves to be a great example.The great quality is they can separate out sugar from sand and they are always prepared for future i.e. they Carry their food to one place and save-up for the rainy day and they never loose hope. They always believe in positive thought.So also in our college life it proves to be the most inspiring example as EVERYONE SHOULD DO THEIR WORK WITH FULL HARD WORK AND COOPERATIVE EFFORT.
