The Q-Series WG2 and WG3 wireless Call Points are wall-mounted single-gang plates with one or two call-function and Cancel tactile buttons and a dual-colour reassurance LED. Multiple button options are available including Call, Assist, Emergency, Presence, etc. (see ordering information for further detail).

The ultra-low power Wi-Fi call point is typically located at the bed and connects to industry-standard 802.11b/g wireless access points, eliminating the need for extensive cabling infrastructure. The buttons are used to initiate and cancel alarms.

When a call button is pushed the LED will flash and an audible beep will sound to provide reassurance that the call has been received by the system. Alarms may be displayed visibly and audibly on other peripheral nurse call system devices to alert staff.

The points are designed for health care environments that demand secure and reliable communication protocols with guaranteed message delivery. Requires QSWCA-N01 Wi-Fi CareView Adaptor 1.0 and CVNC CareView 1.5 or greater software.

Call point will retransmit messages at predefined intervals until acknowledged at the server

Call point sends health and status messages at periodic intervals (e.g. every 15 minutes)
