VAWA: Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act (President Obama) Campus Sexual Violence Act (SaVE Act) Section 304

•Report domestic violence, dating violence and stalking (beyond crime categories Clery already mandates)

•Adopt certain student discipline procedures (notifying purported victims of their rights)

•Adopt certain institutional policies to address and prevent campus sexual violence (including training)
