6Action RequestedMake a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan (CP) and approve the substantial change to the Village F Master Planned Development / Land Use Plan (PD/LUP) dated Received May 14, 2015, subject to the recommended Development Review Committee (DRC) conditions listed in the Staff Report, including the following modified conditions #4 and #7:

As proof of satisfaction of the projects transportation concurrency obligations, the project must comply with that certain Village F Road Network Agreement recorded at O.R. Book 10591, Page 5123, Public Records of Orange County, Florida. The developer must provide a valid Assignment of Vested Trips document together with the applicable Confirmation Letter issued by Orange County, concurrently with or prior to plat submittal approval. In addition, any Development Plan must show a legend with trip allocations by parcel identification number and phase of the development.

7. A current Level One (1) Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and current title opinion shall be submitted to the County for review and approval as part of any Preliminary Subdivision Plan (PSP) and / or Development Plan (DP) submittal.
