The Crown Estate would like to invite you to a public consultation to present our vision for the future of land forming part of the Axminster North East Urban Extension, and to get your thoughts on our proposals.
The site has been identified by East Devon District Council as suitable to deliver new homes, commercial space and infrastructure to help meet local need.
We are working with the County and District Councils and Persimmon Homes to bring forward proposals that will help deliver a new relief road for Axminster, new homes and employment space.
