The social behavior that we can observe in this picture is schemas. The schemas

concept is related to the customers. Schemas are the basic component of social thought

and acquired through experience. For example like the customers, when they entering the

restaurant, they will first find a seat and they orders theirs foods or drink in the counter,

the food will be server to customer by the waiter. This is a pay before eat restaurant, it

may be different from other restaurant but that’s how the restaurant function and how

customers reacts and setting up their mental frameworks towards how the restaurant runs.

Second is about automatic processing, this concept is related to the waiter. Automatic

processing is processing of social information that is non-conscious, unintentional,

involuntary and relatively effortless. The waiter will automatically deliver the foods or

drinks to the customers, after the customers finish their meal, the waiter will

automatically clean the table for the next waiter have been doing this for many times, and

the waiter can complete it without begin to think about the process once it has started

automatically.

This is a restaurant located at Syopz Mall of Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus,

the social behaviour in this picture is all about the customers and the waiter. The concepts

related is schema and automatic processing.
