Further contributions
• Who• GISIG (Serrgio)• Fömi (Pal)
• What• Users perspective• Best practise
examples
D4.2 - Status• We have access to 3 out of 4 INSPIRE GML Schemas
– TWGs to continue working on the implementation level – New constitution of the teams– We have access to the UML to GML tool used by INSPIRE (
http://www.interactive-instruments.de/fileadmin/gdi/dwnlds/ugas/ShapeChange-v1.0rc.zip)
• Tasks:– define the administrative surroundings for TWG work
• Separate Interwise with former TWG leaders– try and test the UML to GML tool – adjust the INSPIRE GML schemas to our needs – create the GML schema for the Eleation Theme
D4.2 – Further steps
• Who– all (on voluntary
basis)– Anette
• What– get used to the
UML to GML software
– check availabilty of INSPIRE XMI files and GML schemas on repository
4th technical meeting
• will quite probably take place after the GIS4EU conference in Hungary
• WP 4 related topics– define data harmonisation processes – GeoMedia Fusion session– possible updates on common implementation schemas
(depending on INSPIRE status)
• http://www.geo.info.hu/portal2007/index.php (Premises)
Intergraph Software• GIS4EU contract forsees that INGR provides software for
teh partners in order to be used:– for the projects purposes (soley)– during the runtime of the project
• Our approach: make GIS4EU one of Intergraph RRLs (Registerd Research Laboratories)– RRLs are based on a contract (here between the
Consortium and Intergraph)– RRL software includes:
• GeoMedia / GeoMedia Pro (Desktop)• GeoMedia WebMap Pro (Web GIS)• GeoMedia Grid (for Grid analysis)• GeoMedia Terrain (for elevation data)• GeoMedia Fusion (special bonus )
Any other open issues
• Next eConf: next Friday (30th Jan) 12-1 pm• Prepare decision support template for Intergraph
Software (Anette)
