This presentation, proposes education and training as a
solution to address the need to improve the Global
Intranet management’s standard operating procedures
that include requests for service, communications and
managing stakeholder expectations.

Proposed Learning Solution:
A problem-based learning system that allows the Intranet
Management group to address issues by using “learn by doing”
activities based on real life situations.

• Understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Recognizing procedures and processes that manage the Intranet
• Identify the roles and responsibilities of the management team

Identification of targeted learners: The Global
Information Technology (GIT) managers, administrators, web
developers, content managers (site mangers), network engineers
and security administration.
In phase 1, the Global Intranet Management (GIM) Group, which
is part of GIT will be the targeted learners, other functional groups
will follow in future phases.
It should be noted that only Phase 1, will be presented in this
presentation.

As an option the Instructor can post the Articulate format to the tools section of the site; and depending on the instructor, Articulate can also contain pre-recorded audio to simulate playback.
