Brent VoepelBrent Voepel launched Voepel Property Management in 2011, beginning with one client. Now, in 2019, we manage over 900 residential properties in Kansas City. Our strategy is simple. We use leading-edge technology, offer customized client service, and give thoughtful attention to tenant needs.
Brent ensures that staff is well-trained, informed of landlord-tenant laws, and courteous of clients and residents. Also, as Owner and Broker of Canopy Road Real-Estate, Brent’s two companies offer an efficient solution for investors. Our team uses exclusive data-driven analysis to educate our clients on market trends and best property investments.

VPM Management Fees With VPM our management fee breakdown is simple. Review the highlights below & feel free to ask any question.
Management Fee = 10% - 7% of ongoing rental income, based on volume
Leasing Fee = 50% of first month’s rent
Renewal Fee = 25% of first month’s rent after lease is renewed
Maintenance reserve = $350 minimum balance
Renovation Management Fee = 10% - 15%
Hourly In-House Maintenance Fee = $79/hour
