HARNESS RACING PROGRAM SPONSORSHIP:

Placement of advertisement in Harness Racing Program. Harness Racing is schedule Monday through Friday at Noon in the Grandstand and programs are sold at each event. Ads are in black and white and cost includes the development of ad:

¼ page - $50 ½ page - $100 full page - $200 back cover - $300

Courtesy cart (6-passenger golf carts) ( 4 Opportunities): $1000 EACH Courtesy Carts would run from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

These are 6-passenger golf carts, which were driven around the fairgrounds during Fair week. The Courtesy Carts offered free rides to fair-goers who needed assistance getting to and from their cars and anywhere on the fairgrounds.

Opportunity for your company to coordinate staff/volunteers to drive your company’s sponsored courtesy cart.

All staff/volunteers would receive free parking and admission passes to the Fair for the day they volunteer.

We have many businesses in the county that have expressed an interest in being a part of the Fair. Since we have a limited number of sponsorships available, we’d like to be able to provide those businesses with the opportunity to help while providing the fairgoers with good family-oriented free entertainment. The money generated from the Friends of the Fair program will be used to provide quality displays and programs during fair week that are available to the public at no charge. These programs may include educational programs, magic shows, exotic animal exhibits or petting zoos.

The Grand Champion level is a $500 sponsorship and would include the following benefits:

Banner acknowledging sponsorship at event location ¼ page ad in the Harness Racing Program Book – approx. 1,000 copies

sold during Fair Week. Sponsorship acknowledgment on fair brochure - approx. 60,000
