Projects Completed and Past Experience

The following is a list of the construction and renovation projects that Arch/ Hani DIMITRY was assigned to administer and operate and was completed successfully and professionally within the time frame designated for each project:

1- Private Residence for Our Company Chairman : ( Total Area 500

square meter)

2- Private Residence for the Chairman of the Entro Oil Field

Services Company : (Total area 4000 square meter)

The work for the above two projects involved: a- Destruction of all buildings components that were not consistent with the new

architectural designs for both projects

b- All operations concerning removal of remains, dust and debris resulted from

the destruction operation for both projects

c- All construction operations required by the pre-designed buildings and

architectures for both projects

d- All operations of plaster, electrical power supply(light and medium power

supply), all pluming work (supply and drainage network systems); as well as

all finishing operations for both projects

e- All ceiling operations (suspended ceilings and false walls of gypsum boards)

for both projects

f- All installation operations of wooden, marble, granite and porcelain flooring

for both projects

g- All electrical vertical curtains (shutters) operations for both projects

h- All operations for preparing openings for installation of windows (

Aluminum, Glass, and/or Panorama) and Doors ( Aluminum, Glass, Wood

and Metal) for both projects

i- All electromechanical work required ( Central Air Conditioning and Fire

Safety Tools) for both projects

j- All operations of safety and security (central door automatic controls; security

and surveillance cameras circuits) for both projects

k- All wireless network and internet connections required for both projects as

well as relay stations for mobile network and Inter-come communications

l- All operation of decorations for both projects (wooden and gypsum cladding

walls, cornices and ornaments for the ceilings as well as mural graphics)

m- All metal work required for each project ( Iron construction work required to

strengthen storage places, decorative iron work for handrails and windows

protection, metal work required for flower pots, stainless steel decorative

ornaments for handrails)

n- All operations required for coating the walls of the bathrooms and kitchens

(porcelain, ceramic and marbles) for both projects

o- All operations for the supply and installation of accessories for the carpentry,

pluming, electricity finishing work according to the pre-approved samples for

both projects

p- All painting operations (water or oil based paints, polyethylene and or

lacquer) for both projects

q- All insulation work required (chemical and bitumen waterproofing

membranes) for both projects

r- All landscape operations required for each project

Total cost for project # 1 was $ 4000,000 Egyptian pounds and for project #2 3000,000 Egyptian pounds

The company Guarantee the General Contractor commitment to the timetable and total cost of the above

projects as accepted by the general consultant and requested by the general contractor Mr. H. Dimitry

without any liability on the company.
