• Can you give me a list of your Suzuki motorbikes that are under £3000?

• Input – motorbike make & price• Output – motorbike make, model, colour, mileage,

price• Processing – the salesperson would look through the

book looking for all the Suzuki bikes and if they cost less than £3000 they would write the details down on the enquiry form

• Can you let me know if you get any other bikes in that are less than 600cc and have done less than 10000 miles and cost less than £4000

• Input – engine size, mileage, price, customer name and address

• Output - engine size, mileage, price, make, model, colour, customer name and address

• Processing – the salesperson would enter the customer’s name and address in the address book and write down what they are looking for. Every time a new bike comes into the shop the salesperson would look through the address book looking for customers that have test ridden a similar one and left their details
