The emphasis of the group relates to women's health through stress reduction, meditation, and physical activity.

The rst half hour of the group is focused on education, self-awareness, and the group dynamic component, while the second hour is spent in a, teacher-led, gentle yoga group.

Yoga group participants will receive a healthy snack upon completion of the yoga activity. All supplies and yoga materials are provided. Dress in comfortable clothing. Registration is not required.
