We specialise in the design and manufacture of high quality bespoke work-holding solutions for metal cutting, welding, and assembly applications.

Additonally, we can supply bespoke Special Purpose Machines for mechanical components assembly (bearings/bush/mechanical seals)

Our aim is to assist companies to make significant savings in medium / high volume CNC production by using our skills to develop workholding systems that help increase machine productivity and machine tool utilisation. HYDRAULIC FIXTURES

Hydraulic fixtures have several advantages over Manual fixtures, these benefits will help reduce costs for manufacturers.

Advantages of hydraulic clamping

Higher Productivity

More parts can be fixtured in a single set-up due to the use of compact hydraulic clamps.

Consistent clamping forces

Parts are clamped with the same clamping force, and in the same location every cycle, eliminating the variability in part deflection.

Improved component stability

Hydraulic work supports are used to support the part and/or dampen machining forces without distorting the part, this will help you achieve a robust manufacturing process.

Flexibility

Clamping sequencing can be activated during the machining cycle to provide clearance for cutting tools, to remove forces for close tolerance machining.
