OUR MISSIONS

Boosting the supply chain from materials supply, design, production to coordination. The growth of this chain will save

costs, take initiative in production and improve value-added and develop whole system sustainably. Further boost-

ing activities of Materials Supply Department and Design Center to strengthen the entire system on the basis of the

combination between adding high quality human resources and practical trainings. Along with the growth of TIDG and

Fashion Center, we need further boost the fashionable products of DUGARCO and advertise our DUGARCO brand to

domestic and foreign markets.

OUR ORIENTATIONS

Our development strategy for 2015 – 2020 is to concentrate on market. We call this strategy “Tu ThiịPolicy” or “Four

Markets Policy”. Based on market, we prior to deal with four major strategic solutions as below:

MARKET DEVELOPMENT:Properly analyzing, evaluating market trend, properlyevaluat-ing potential partners to select and find right direction oftradepromotion. On that basis, we actively prepare facilities, prepare the conditions for customer’s evaluations, prepare sources to satisfy market.

Promoting activities of fashion design, actively branding theDUGARCO’s image. Completing the value chain from design - supply – production – consumption.

Promoting the development of FOB, ODM across DUGARCO’s system to catch the Free Trade Agreements.

Domestic trade promotion will be strengthened and increased to higher professional level by preparing tender biddingdocuments, competitive costing to win big contracts.

INVESTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MARKET:Our success or failure of investment is not only depended on the capital but also the market. Investing decisions must beanalyzed on the basis of deep market analysis, competitiveness and administration factors.

Building key product structures through the identification ofdivisions/ specialized products (shirt, pant, skirt, uniform…)as the basis for the promotion, market development.

Promoting the autonomy of investment of system, strengthening the links between internal and external units to create focused power, form large and competitive linked chains.

MANAGEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MARKET:Is to manage production costs, analysis of sales, profit/lost, wage because this is an important factor related to human. Management in accordance with the market is to ensurestable quality at high level to reduce the rate of repair. It is also toinnovate method from processing to FOB, ODM.
