Product Development Manager Distributed Energy Systems & Services (m/f)Your tasks• Develop and evaluate new and already established products and services in the area of distributed energy systems and services either to

launch and integrate them into B2B/B2C/B2SME/B2M sales of Enovos Group or to optimise existing sales products and services• Analyse the markets of distributed energy (activities of players, market and technology developments, competitors, etc.), identify and evaluate

potential product and service ideas as well as technology providers and upcoming developments/market trends• Cross functional project management including external partners/service providers, customers and Enovos internal experts• Set-up, motivate, lead project teams from different departments with different tasks, responsibilities and backgrounds; guarantee the

exchange between all responsible persons/departments being involved in the product and service development process• Present, assess and discuss new product and service ideas/concepts within the Energy Solutions & Services-team, sales experts/responsible

persons and with superior hierarchical levels• Develop/analyse business plans (including financial modelling) for new products/services/participations• Relationship management and potential operational management of external partner companies/service providers/participations in the area

of distributed energy• Support the development of the business strategy in the area of distributed energy systems & services• Accompany, conduct and support customer projects, where necessary or if there is stronger demand• Establish regular reporting on current/on-going development projects to superior levels and inform all employees concerned

Your profile• You hold a Master in business administration, economics or engineering• Experience in managing and leading multicultural and multinational project teams • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the energy sector or OEM business or technical business development role • Working experience in and understanding of distributed energy concepts is of advantage • You are able to synthesize and handle technical matters with ease• Accuracy, ability to meet deadlines and priorities, flexibility, pro-active thinking and organization are your working methods• Excellent communication skills, customer orientation and team spirit are your assets• Ideally fluent in English, French and German. Luxembourgish is considered an asset• Good command of Windows IT tools

Product Development Manager Eco-Mobility Services (m/f)Your tasks• Develop and evaluate new products and services in the area of “eco-mobility” (sustainable mobility based on electricity, gas or other alterna-

tive fuels) either to launch and integrate them into B2B/B2C/B2SME/B2M sales of Enovos Group or to optimise existing sales products and services

• Analyse the markets of eco-mobility (activities of players, market and technology developments, competitors, etc.), identify and evaluate potential product and service ideas as well as technology providers and upcoming developments/market trends

Product Development Manager Smart Applications & IT Services (m/f)Your tasks• Define market requirements, use cases and user profiles through direct customer interaction, market research, competitive analysis and by

working with the sales force• Communicate and refine those requirements by creating user stories and successfully guide product design, implementation, testing and maintenance• Investigate for and test new hardware devices and technologies available on the market and possibly interesting for smart applications• Establish, manage and extend relationship with service providers and original equipment manufacturers• Collaborate with IT functions to define system requirements, ensure IT architecture integration, development and implementation• Manage cross-functional projects for the development of new services and to enable the service to launch to market in collaboration with

services marketing, prepare and execute on go-to-market plans, including pricing, sales training and marketing• Participate and, where applicable, lead the product introduction process for new offerings• Drive and articulate value of service to key audiences both internal and external (support sales and marketing efforts)• Establish regular reporting on current/on-going development projects to superior levels and inform all employees concerned

Your profile• You hold a Master in computer sciences/engineering or communication systems completed by an MBA• Proven experience in ICT, ideally in the area of smart apps (e.g. smart home/grid/city) in the energy sector• You have an analytical mind-set and a sense for responsibilities, excellent business skills, are creative and handle figures with ease• Accuracy, ability to meet deadlines and priorities, flexibility, forecasting ability, pro-active thinking and organization are your working methods• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer orientation and team spirit are your assets• Ideally fluent in English, French and German.
