Chemline’s new NoFire™ faser type pipe is made of PP-RCT reinforced with an intermediate layer of special fibres. The system includes PP-RCT fittings and valves designed for use in wet pipe automatic sprinkler systems.NoFire™ has obtained certification for firefighting systems according to FM Approval Class1635.NoFire™ is fast and simple with fusion welding. Chemline thermoplastic manifolds are fabricated using butt fusion, not hot air hand welding or socket fusion. Spigots are saddle welded with a CNC machine. The resulting product is stronger, more reliable and cheaper than “hand fabricated”. Dimensional tolerances are tighter also.
