Skills Required : MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • • Proven supervisory track record • Planning & organising skills • Influencing skills. • Thorough understanding of Engineering disciplines. • Knowledge and expertise in using process-engineering software like HYSIS, PIPESIM, PIPEPHASE essential • Knowledge of OLGA, TGNET is preferred. • Proficiency in guiding Process Engineers working for him • Have skill of coordinating with other disciplines and clients. • Proven skills in routine process calculations and use of process software and in-house developed spreadsheets. • Good knowledge of relevant engineering codes and standards. • Good command of written and spoken English and report writing. • Good technical knowledge and skills. • Good interpersonal relationship. • Good optimization skills. • Should be familiar with routine safety studies like HAZOP, HAZID, and SIMOPS etc. Job Description : PURPOSE & SCOPE: During tendering stage, responsible for the review of enquiry documentation and the Scope of Work, perform pre-bid engineering, estimate man-hours and thus provide required inputs for bid preparation. After award of Project, work as Lead Process Engineer with complete responsibility of correctness and accuracy of the Process Deliverables issued on the Project deliverables. This responsibility includes guiding /training of Process Engineers as required and close coordination with other engineering disciplines and client''s project team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Reports to H.O.D. (Process & Safety) and works under his overall supervision • During tendering stage, reviews enquiry documentation from client together with Scope of Work; raises queries where there is lack of clarity, interfaces with other disciplines to ensure integration of activities and finally provide Process inputs during bid preparation. On award of projects perform as under. • Responsible for complete Process Design and Engineering works on a project, includes optimisation and correctness of design; cost considerations, man-hours control and providing guidance and training to the Process Engineers working on the Project. • Coordinates with Project Engineering Manager assigned to the Project
