JIM PARKERJim Parker is the Director of Digital Tools at Dell. His team has worked over the past six years to fine tune and integrate a suite of tools from Adobe, Tealeaf, Ensighten, iPerceptions and OpinionLab. They have has a single worldwide implementation to collect page metrics on Dell.com. They help over 1,000 internal users analyze, test and improve Dell.com for half a billion annual visitors. He has been with Dell for 18 years and prior to that, 13 years with IBM.

He is also an avid photographer.
