The new version of Comarch Loyalty Management enables for the development of effective, unique loyalty programs for residential, SOHO, SMEs and enterprise segments. It also provides the possibility of extending customer interaction to multiple touch points. Comarch Loyalty Management directly supports various channels of communication such as email, SMS, POS, call center and customer portal.
