rules & regulAtionsYou are eligible for the President’s Club when you meet the qualifiers outlined in this flyer by the time your District’s Campaign 11 n (C13 TS), 2012 campaign sales update is processed. After this deadline, any additional orders or late orders received by Avon will automatically be added to your next order (i.e. Campaign 12n, 2012). In such instances, the sales will count toward the following President’s Club cycle (2012-2013). When you achieve President’s Club, Honour Society, David. H. McConnell Club and Council, the guaranteed discount commences in the campaign of achievement and continues for the remainder of the cycle and the next cycle. David H. McConnell Club and Council benefits commence in Campaign 13 n (C15 TS), 2012 and conclude a full year later. Status and ranking are determined at the conclusion of the President’s Club cycle. Retail and Representative Alliances are not eligible to participate in any of the levels of the President’s Club.

Avon reserves the right to modify any and all aspects of the President’s Recognition Program at any time and without prior notice. Awards may not be exactly as shown. Avon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify achievers involved in fraudulent or unethical business practices.

• Sales of new philanthropy products will count towards President’s Club Award Sales. However, they will not count towards the variable discount.

whAt counts?

• Confirmation of trip dates and location to follow.• The trip is awarded to Representatives whose

accounts are paid in full (accounts will be reviewed at the time of registration for the trip).

• The trip is personal to the Avon Representative who earns it and is non-transferable.

• The trip includes the following: Return economy class air fare from home city. overnight hotel due to travel patterns (if applicable). Transfer from airport to destination hotel and return. Shared standard room accommodation. Meals during the dates of the trip. Medical and travel insurance.

• The trip does not include the following: Required travel documents (e.g. passports, etc.). Transfers to and from home to departing airport. Transfers or overnight stays outside the trip dates due to personal extensions. Hotel incidentals, personal charges, and telephone calls.

• Hotel accommodations are double occupancy. If a roommate preference is not indicated Avon will assign a roommate.

• In lieu of the trip, those who don’t register will receive $1,000 compensation applied to their account after the trip is completed.
