Scenario
▪Patricia is a highly experienced teacher of 20+ years. She is an extremely capable teacher and well regarded by students. However, she is quite set in her ways and resistant to change. When discussing faculty policies in meetings, she appears disinterested and dismissive. She likes to do things her way and often fails to follow the agreed faculty policies.

▪Frank is a young teacher in his second year of teaching. He is well liked and involved in lots of extracurricular activities within the school. Although he is diligent in preparing lessons, students find that his teaching style is erratic and confusing resulting in poor learning outcomes.
