ventuRajputana Industries came into existence in the year 2000 as a partnership
firm at Jaipur in Rajasthan, India. They are engaged in manufacturing, supplying
and wholesaling highly nutritious Wheat Flour and Besan. These agro products
are extensively admired for their high purity standards, supreme quality,
unadulterated composition, considerable nutritive value and excellent packaging.

Wheat flour prices are depends globally, so sometimes it affects the
availability of wheat flour and it is not possible to make a large stock of
raw material due to daily fluctuation in price.

Rajputana industries company , a manufacturer of wheat flour – which is mainly used for the
manufacturing of bread, cakes, biscuits, chapati and other edible products is a huge industry. They
provide good quality of products and are upto the mark but still they are facing some problems
regarding labour availability which is affecting their production process.
Problem:-
Less availability of labour during summer season which affects production process.
Key Findings:-
Ventilation and cooling system should be provided so as to save workers from the excessive heat generates
from machines so that they can work in summer season too.
Company should increase wages of the labours and should provide incentives.
Grievance handling procedure should be followed by the company to solve problems of workers.
FINDINGS
The qualities of the products are upto the mark.
Has well trained employees to operate the advance machines.
Safety is given preference as by providing military shoes to workers during work.
Dumping of waste in open area to convert it into fossil fuel.
Everyday feedbacks are taken.
Workers have been provided with compensation in case of injuries during work.
SU GGESTIONS
Workers should get more safety as it’s a difficult manufacturing process.
Ventilation and cooling system should be provided so as to save workers
from the excessive heat generates from furnace.
Regular medical check-up for all employees and workers.
Cleanliness and orderliness has to be further improved.
More Advertisement should be done by introducing new modes of
advertisements.

The study conducted at Rajputana industries company, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN which
does manufacturing of wheat flour, helped in getting a wider overview about the business
environment and managing manufacturing process in an organization.
Rajputana Industries company has used advance machinery and up to date knowledge.
Production has been done by advance machinery to reduce the production cost. All the
products are upto the mark. Rajputana industries is focusing towards maintaining the
demand and supply of products even during this recession period . This has helped the
company to search alternative ways for maintaining the demand and to survive in
competitive market.
