”Our civic spaces are what define great cities. This project will bring a new energy and definition of what a civic plaza is for Las Vegas! I’m humbled by the opportunity to be a part of this project.”

”This project is the next logical step in the immersive evolution of Downtown Las Vegas. It deserves an immersive project design - a holistic combination of architectural, landscape and interior design to create a singular new place in our city.”

Facade ConceptsResponsiveness to solar conditionsSunshades react to facade orientation to reduce cooling loads and contribute to the building’s appearance and sustainability.

Respect for City HallFacade becomes more open as it comes closer to City Hall, to create an overall gesture of “opening up” to welcome citizens to City Hall and follow the Civic Thread in unifying the complex.
