SINGLE DELIVERY POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM

SALIENT FEATURESupply of Electricity

Supply will be provided on single point at HT system of supply i.e AC 50 Cycles 3 Phase 11KV.

The connection shall be released in the name of the Franchisee.

Billing will be done on HT metering System.

The consumption deposit deposited at the time of grant of connection by the franchisee shall be retained by the distribution co.

Ther franchisee shall also give bank guarantee on the basis of assessment of energy for a period of two month on total sanctioned/connected load of the complex.

Operation & Maintenance of ElectricityThe entire responsibility of operation ,maintenance,maintenance of HT isolation,Protection device(s),transformers,LT distribution network including individual metring

METERING,BILLINGMetering Billing and collection of revenue shall be the responsibility of the Association.

TariffEnergy charges shall be payable as per the tariff schedule of SIP consumers or any other tariff declared by the state Electricity regulatory Commission.

Rebate of 15% on energy consumption shall be given to the franchise to meet the various expenditure

St Lighting/Water/Sewage Pumps

These services are to be maintained by Civic bodies and so energy charges are payable by them.

Payments

The reading on the main meters (HT) shall be recorded jointly by DISCOMS and franchisee on the last day of the month.

The franchisee shall make payment to the DISCOMS of the electricity bill and other charges,if any,within 10 days of the serving of the bill
