LVL LUMBER COMPONENTSWe use laminated veneer lumber (LVL) on both sides of our doors for uniform dimensions and moisture resistance. Components are reliable, stress free, and stronger than traditional lumber components so they won’t warp like wood.
LOCK BLOCKSOur extended lock block allows for an extensive range of door lock hardware installation, and because it is full length of 4 inch LVL, it provides extra security against forced entry.
COMPOSITE STYLESA MENNIE door will never splinter like wood or delaminate like steel. Our innovative full-length composite style is fully waterproof and twice as strong as wood. No more loose screws.

V is a high performance, ultra low VOC stain system, specially formulated for fiberglass and composite products. Quick drying time and low odor make it easy and safe to use. Drastically reduce time wasted waiting for coating to dry- Stain both sides of a fiber-glass door in one day!
NuStain will produce premium high quality finishes while offering ease of application and excellent protection for your doors. NuStain is an outstanding environmental alternative to traditional oil based (and other water based) stains while offering higher pro-ductivity and performance at the same time.
NuStain’s molecular bonding, solar reflectance, and non-yellowing clear coat offer superior adhesion and UV performance when compared to traditional sol-vent based hand staining technologies. Productivity gains will also be achieved through exceptionally fast drying, 1 day to complete a door or within hours with IR assisted drying.
