Contract Scope• Diverse unlit fiber pathways for three segments

• Span 1: Reagan Airport to Dulles Airport• Span 2: Dulles Airport to Tysons Radio Tower• Span 3: Tysons Radio Tower to Reagan Airport

• Activation no later than nine months after award• The contractor shall provide Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU) for 

a period of 10 years for each of the circuits.• Service Level Agreement
