Expression of Interest (EOI) for Designing, Fabrication and Commissioning of Studio Set

DD News invites Expression of Interest from firms which qualify the essential requirements

mentioned below for designing, fabrication, supply, installation and commissioning of studio set to be

used for presentation of News & Current Affairs Programmes, News Shows and other special

programmes at DD News Headquarter located at Mandi House, New Delhi.

Eligibility and Pre-qualifications Criteria

a) Applicants would be firms active in designing, fabrication and commissioning of professional TV

presentation sets / backdrops having experience of at least three years in the field.

b) The participating firm should have designed, fabricated and commissioned at least 5 numbers of

real sets which were/ are being used by leading broadcasters for their programmes / news presentations

in the last three years.

Scope of Work

Creation of a multi-purpose set in a total area of approximately 4000 sq.ft. comprising of Morning

Show Set, Evening Prime Time Set, Generic Set, Croma Set and Audience Based Programme Set.

Essentials of the set will be video wall, multiple LED panels, moulded studio furniture and acrylic

under lit flooring.
