! Arkema signed a job and skills planning agreement (GPEC) to promote the recruitment of young talents

! We committed to reach the legal rate of apprentices within the company: 5% in 2015

! 1/3 of the junior permanent positions have to be filled by former apprentices

! 30% of our recruitment have to be filled with people under 30 years old

HOW WORK-LINKED TRAINING EVOLVES « ALTERNANCE »

!  Target: develop work-linked training in order to have futur recruitment and to implement our social responsability.

!  Our actions :

●  work-linked training develop mid-2012

●  2011 – 2012 : •  New source for inspection: : creation of a bachelor’s degree of industrial site

inspector(« licence professionnelle ») with Aix school (« IUT ») .

•  Operator in production : creation of a training for disabled worker.

•  Identification of targeted schools, more participation in meeting points for schools, development of this type of training at « managers » level .

●  2013 : •  Launch of a new brand of training and Campus ARKEMA Program.

•  Creation of a communication flyer for schools, forums, students meetings of students, •  More job positions of this type promoted : «  Pôle emploi  » and «  engagment-

youngpeople.com ».

!  Our actions : ●  2014 / Updated list of school targeted

-  Arkema at the board of school « CFA ESSEC ». -  Member of board of « INTERFORA » (training center for chemical entities). -  Training of TH CQP « Interfora » :2nd cohort in 2014, 3rd in 2015. -  Training of TH payroll administrator: 2 students, in agreement with « CLUB HANDICAP MEDEF RHONE ALPES et IGS ». -  Relations school with foundation « C GENIAL » & external communication.

●  2015-2016

•  Redesign of new brand of training. •  Redesign of job position internet website. •  Implementation of a digital strategy. •  More link with schools and increase of existing parternships. •  3ème cohort of production operator CQP •  1 student received for degree in Inspection •  A new possible opportunity for CQP* Laboratory Technicien for individuals with disabilities.
