Celebrity To Appear In Charity Tournament

White Plains, NY. March 17, 2014. Nate Robinson, creative forward for the

Chicago Bulls, will visit Mohawk Day Camp for a local children’s hospital charity event.

Included in this fun-filled day will be food, music and a charity basketball tournament

featuring Robinson.

In a one-time-only event, Robinson will play the winner of the basketball

tournament in an 11-point one-on-one game. If the winner defeats Nate, he/she will win a

free summer for his/her child. All of the proceeds from the tournament will go towards

cancer research at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in New York City.

At the open house, families are free to roam five acres of Mohawk’s beautiful

grounds. Families can also use the many different facilities Mohawk offers. Finally,

families can meet Nate, who will be happy to sign autographs, take pictures and talk.

Mohawk Day Camp offers campers unique opportunities that will enrich their

young lives athletically, culturally and educationally. Mohawk offers numerous sports,

arts and crafts, drama and more. Campers also learn how to participate and have fun

while in a safe, secure and healthy environment.
