Site Plan
This studio aimed to create a small cluster of residences for artisans in
Port-Au-Prince’s Martissant Park.
The houses reuse some of the existing structures, with a small unit
below grade, protected from the sun and mostly open. Also, it includes
a theater for the prople who will live in the area.
On the ground two more houses are placed, with minimum space to
encourage use of outdoor spaces. The modules were used to optimize
strcture, material usage and construction.

The heights of each zone take clue on the surrounding iconic architecture
This studio aimed to propose a design for a corporate tower in Midtown Manhattan for modern creative
companies. This tower takes clue on the dinamism and richness of the surroundingd to break the
typical New York skycraper mass into smaller more dinamyc chunks, with multi-level connections and
intermediate hang-out spaces.
The facade design reflects the fast pace of idea exchanges in the urban environment with a pattern inspired
by computer circuits and the city itself.
These diagrams illustrate the ideas applied in the design in a simple clear manner.
