WELCOME TO POLIS CAMPING SITE BEACH, A BLUE FLAG BEACH

Sunday it happens to be the most busy day of the week in a place like that and this you can easily see it by the amount of uncollected garbage.
Garbage collectors do not work on Sundays, holidays and all other busy days.
The site does not have a refrigerated garbage storage, neither it has recycling containers apart of the one “Cans for Kids” which it was empty.
Here we can identify quality from the leftovers….
Recycling
More garbage but this time hidden behind cars so it makes garbage collection a “game”.
The hidden treasure game….
To be found
Do you like Barbeque ???
The place is perfect to have your favorite meat grilled. Then you can just throw the cans in fire and wait until they melt.
Only 5 meters away from this BBQ place is the empty “Cans for Kids” container..
BBQ
This is how the “proper” BBQ” Spot looks like. The place for the fire and the roof to protect from occasional rain
More BBQ
No dogs allowed on the beach.
What about other animals ???
No dogs !!
Next to the tents on the west side of the camping there is a small river that collects the water from the rain and drives it to the sea.
This is how it looked today.
The River
Not only stinky water….
The River
Only 15 meters away the “Cans for Kids” container stands empty ….
The River
Of course you can ignore all that, you can just say..
“Ti na kamoume ?” meaning in Greek, What can we do ?
Lets have a coffee and 2 ice-creams at the price of Beluga.. This is what I call value for money
Relax and have a coffee
Still the place id fantastic, idyllic I must say, but you
have to ignore those “minor unimportant
things”.
Enjoy your trip to Polis
