Libellula.WIZARD 1 - Software taglio CAD/CAM icona singola
È la configurazione d’ingresso all’ambiente Libellula.WIZARD e permette di importare i file di disegno DXF/ DWG per taglio laser, disporne uno
per volta su di una singola lamiera ed applicare una duplicazione matriciale del particolare, in modo da minimizzare gli sfridi.
Dopo aver indicato il posizionamento dell’attacco del primo particolare, gli altri pezzi uguali sono trattati automaticamente nello stesso modo,
senza necessità di ripetere il processo.
L’interazione con l’utente si limita al momento precedente alla produzione del postprocessor, in cui saranno indicati i parametri di FEED del
percorso di taglio e gli altri parametri salienti per la produzione di un programma corretto.

È la configurazione completa del Libellula.WIZARD, dotata di nesting automatico e del calcolo del percorso di taglio automatico.
Il sistema sceglierà quindi autonomamente la posizione e la forma ottimale dell’attacco per ogni particolare presente in lamiera, mentre tutti i parametri
ottimali per la gestione della tecnologia di taglio saranno compilati automaticamente grazie alla presenza delle apposite tabelle di parametri.
L’assoluta facilità di questa configurazione, consente a chiunque di giungere ad una corretta programmazione delle proprie macchine da taglio laser,
plasma, ossitaglio o waterjet direttamente in officina, senza tempi e costi relativi all’apprendimento di un nuovo sistema.

Contiene tutte le funzionalità della versione 1, consentendo in più la creazione di un elenco e la quantità di particolari da tagliare.
Il nesting automatico si preoccuperà di disporre i particolari sulla lamiera del formato prescelto in modo da minimizzare gli sfridi.
Per ogni singolo particolare differente, si dovrà solo indicare la posizione dell’attacco per assicurare un percorso di taglio veloce ed efficiente.
