Promotion Specifics:Targeted at existing and net new customers, purchase any Fusion ERP or EPM subscription services for a non-cancelable three (3) year term and receive the first 18 months at no charge.

This promotion can be used with Fusion Customer Reference Promotion and the Cloud Service Promotions. However,


the 12 free months portion of the Cloud Service Promotions cannot be used in combination with this promotion since thispromotion already is offering 18 free months for Fusion ERP.

The promotion offers 18 free months, but the renewals will be based on the actual ACV excluding the18 free months, so when the customer renews they do not get the 18 months free again (the free months are aone-time offer). The customer receives the first 18 month free and these are truly free months. The customer will not bebilled for the free subscription services during the free period.

* Note: Each deal using this promotion requires approval from regional manager.
