Harmony Village @ Bukit Batok is the first pilot Community Care Apartments which integrates senior-friendly housing with care services. It is envisaged to foster a strong community spirit, with a myriad of shared

spaces designed to encourage social interaction and active living. Within the block, residents can mingle and build social networks at the furnished communal spaces on each floor.

Yew Tee Integrated Development comprises housing for the elderly and a mix of healthcare and community facilities including a hawker centre, Community Club, polyclinic, kidney dialysis centre, commercial shops

and a community plaza, designed to support healthy living in a vibrant and inclusive environment.

PLANNING AND DESIGNING FOR HOLISTIC WELL-BEING

Lush landscaping and green spaces curated for enjoyment, exercise and to support mental well-being.

Visually and spatially porous, the development is designed with a range of community spaces for social activities.

Residents will have access to an activity centre, roof garden, community garden, and precinct facilities to keep a healthy and active lifestyle.

The hawker centre in the development will provide a variety of food options to residents and the public.

சுவா சூ காங், புக்கிட் பாத்தோக் ஆகிய வட்டாரங்களில், நல்வாழ்வு சார்ந்த வெவ்வேறு அம்சங்கள் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளன. இவை குடியிருப்பாளர்களின் உடல் நலன், சமுதாய நலன், மனநலன் ஆகியவற்றை முழுமையாக மேம்படுத்தும். மேம்படுத்தப்பட்ட இந்த வசதிகளில், சுகாதாரப் பராமரிப்பு, வர்த்தகம் மற்றும் / அல்லது சமூக வசதிகள் முதலான பல்வகை பயன்பாடுகளுடன் கூடிய வீடமைப்பு இடம்பெற்றுள்ளது. துடிப்பான வாழ்க்கைமுறைக்கான அம்சங்கள், சமுதயாத் தொடர்புகளுக்கான வளாகங்கள், மனநலனை ஆதரிப்பதற்கான பசுமை ஆகியவை இவற்றில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன.
