Long, an Emmy-award winning reporter, has worked for Bloomberg, CNN, HLN and currently anchors and reports for 11 Alive; Atlanta’s NBC Affiliate. Long has interviewed diverse people from Joe Biden and Joseph Lowery to Annie Leibovitz and Spike Lee, and is most proud of her series “Women in Charge,” which highlights those making a positive impact on their communities. Long has been a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters for 13 years, and volunteers with Skyland Trail, Piedmont Park Conservancy and Global Soap Project.
