Cole became president of Cinnabon at age 32. Prior to her current role, Cole was VP of training and development for Hooters, where she worked her way up from a hostess at age 17 and began traveling globally to open new Hooters franchises. She dropped out of college at age 19 to move into management roles, becoming a VP at age 26 – making her one of the youngest execs in the hospitality industry. She later completed her MBA at Georgia State University.
