Causes and symptoms of piles disease

What you need to know about piles disease

Getting to know a little bit about the basics of hemorrhoids isn't really all that hard. Unfortunately,

the one thing that is standing in your way as far as that is concerned is the simple fact that there's a

whole lot of misinformation out there that you're going to need to sort through in order to get the

right picture.

Due to this, it is probably best that you begin right from the very basics, and so the question that you

should answer first is: What exactly are hemorrhoids?

Generally speaking, hemorrhoids are essentially inflammation and swelling of the veins within the

rectum and anus. However, there are two main types of hemorrhoids, and these are the internal and

external variety. As their names imply, internal hemorrhoids occur within the rectum itself, whereas

external hemorrhoids are at the anus or outer part of the anal canal.

Both of these are distinct. Although they share the same rough characteristic features, the truth isthat internal hemorrhoids aren't really that painful for the most part, whereas external hemorrhoids

can be very painful indeed. That being said, both have the tendency to bleed -- especially when

irritated for various reasons.

Frankly speaking, many people get hemorrhoids at some point or other -- but very few actually

notice it. For the most part, hemorrhoids could come and go and you'd never be the wiser. Sure, you

might notice some blood when you visit the washroom, there might be little or no pain and

whatever swelling is there could subside in a matter of days.

On the flipside however, some hemorrhoids are definitely the kind of thing that you might notice as

they can be extremely painful. Severe cases of internal hemorrhoids have even been known to swell

up and start to show up outside the anus itself. When that happens, you could find that even

something as simple as sitting down ends up being a difficulty.

Knowing all of this about hemorrhoids should provide you with a basic starting point from which you

can build your understanding of the condition. Make no mistake, people who suffer from chronic

hemorrhoids do go through an extremely painful experience.

While there are options of treatment that you can resort to, even that can be touch and go at times.

No single treatment has been known to provide a definitive cure for this condition, which makes it

all the more important that you're able to prevent hemorrhoids rather than have to go looking for a

cure.

In many cases, preventing hemorrhoids simply involves a few simple yet extremely effective changes

to your lifestyle, so that you're less likely to succumb to its normal causes. Granted, this could be

easier said than done, but it is certainly worth it as opposed to having to suffer in so many ways as a

result of not taking the right steps.

Keep this in mind, and if you suspect that you're suffering from hemorrhoids, be sure to visit a

doctor as soon as possible before it worsens!

 All About piles disease

Hemorrhoids are generally enlarged or inflamed blood vessels in the posterior rectal region. The

most usual symptoms of hemorrhoids are rectal bleeding, blistering, pain and itchiness.

Hemorrhoids can be internal (situated inside the posterior lower rectum) or external (beneath the

skin around the anus). These two kinds of hemorrhoids may occur at the same time.

Some common symptoms of hemorrhoids are the following:

1. Rectal bleeding

2. Irritation

3. Bulging out of the skin (a hemorrhoid) from the rectum

4. Leakage of stool

Usually, rectal bleeding does not impose pain, all throughout the bowel movement. This is a very

common symptom of hemorrhoids. After the bowel movement, you may observe that there are

bright red blood smudges on the faeces or in the toilet paper after cleaning the anus. The quantity of

blood is fairly small. However, even a little amount of blood can cause the toilet water to look like

vivid red and can be alarming to the person.

Less commonly, bleeding may be serious. In very rare cases, critical blood loss from rectal bleeding

may result to anaemia, causing weakness, exhaustion, or other related warning signs.

Without a clinical diagnosis, it is very unlikely to discover the real origin of the rectal bleeding. So,

everyone with this symptom should undergo a medical exam performed by a doctor or at least a

licensed medical practitioner.

Hemorrhoids can cause irritation and itching of the affected skin around the anal area. Itching can be

a result of a mixture of various factors, such as the following:

Page 8: Piles Disease Guide

1. Internal hemorrhoids can permit leakage of stool that can be itchy and irritating to the skin in

the rectal area.

2. Over cleaning may irritate the skin in the rectal region.

3. Individuals with external hemorrhoids can develop minimal protrusion of the skin,

commonly known as skin tags. These can often be not easy to keep clean, causing itchiness.

4. Inflammation of hemorrhoids can cause itchiness and inflammation.

On the other hand, pain may develop in persons who have thrombosis or coagulated blood within

the hemorrhoid. This can happen within either external or internal hemorrhoids. Clotted external

hemorrhoids are of color plum bulge. When the skin around the rectal area becomes swollen, severe

pain can be experienced.

Coagulated internal hemorrhoids may also cause pain, even though commonly less extreme. Hardly

ever, if the blood circulation to an internal hemorrhoid is reduced, the hemorrhoid can become

asphyxiated. Asphyxiation can result to severe pain, and the lessened blood flow can cause

gangrene, wherein the affected skin is dead. This can be a fatal complication and needs urgent

surgical treatment.

Hemorrhoids are more likely to form in individuals who are:

1. Strain to pass bowel movements

2. Have critical constipation, diarrhea or stomach ache.

3. Have the habit or routine of prolonged sitting or standing

4. Older

5. Pregnant

6. Have a pelvic tumor

To determine the real cause of hemorrhoids, your doctor or clinician will test your rectum and anus,

and may insert a gloved tube or finger into the anus.

Causes of piles disease

Causes of hemorrhoids may be due to varied grounds. The blood veins, which are in the rectal

region, will respond to tension that is being strained in the area. Yet, the tension may come from

different origins and may lead to hemorrhoids to be a troublesome condition, and also, cause pain.

Being well-informed about the different reasons behind hemorrhoids can aid to transform your life

in avoiding hemorrhoids from inflicting intolerable pain.

Constipation

Constipation is the most common cause for hemorrhoids. Tension in the anal area is caused by the

bowel movements, if a person is constipated. This will consequently put strain on the blood veins,

leading them to become inflamed and irritated. Bleeding in this area is seen, if you are constipated.

This is from the blood veins responding to the tension from the bowel movements. In sequence, you

may be required to be adept on how to avoid constipation by means of various methods.

Pregnancy

After constipation, pregnancy is the most typical reasons for hemorrhoids. This may be caused by

different reasons. For instance, the continual tension that is happening in the blood veins in the

rectal area can cause irritation. In turn, the blood veins will work harder as a result of a drastic

increase of hormone levels. This will then put tension on them, resulting from inflammation and

irritation. If a patient is pregnant or expecting to be pregnant, it is very important to know that this is

a normal part of pregnancy. However, it is only for a limited period of time and will usually disappear

after you have given birth.

Portal Hypertension

Another reason for hemorrhoids is portal hypertension. This is caused by too much pressure from

the blood veins that protrude from the intestines to the liver. Consequently, this will lead to a

smoother bowel movement and pressure from the blood veins and will cause hemorrhoids as a

result. The various kinds of hemorrhoids that happen can lead to irritation and strain, as well as

bleeding in the rectal and anal area.

Chronic Venous Insufficiency

This condition happens when the blood veins in the rectal region are delicate, and can easily bedamaged. This put tension on the vessels, as they will have to put extra effort. Basically, the tension

is also worsened with prolonged sitting or standing. If you are overweight, do not exercise habitually

or you are smoking, it can also result to irritated blood veins.

Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBS)

Inflammatory bowel disease may also cause hemorrhoids. This happens when you are constipated or

you have diarrhea, as well as stomach pain from problems with your digestive system. It may lead to

hemorrhoids to react since there is extra tension that is placed on the blood veins. This is verycommon if the condition is based on constipation.

Having hemorrhoids, it is best to seek out what is the origin of hemorrhoids and why it is happening.

After that, you can change specific parts of your lifestyle, such as your food intake to help avoid the

hemorrhoids from being an incessant trouble.

Discover the causes of piles disease

As is well known, hemorrhoids can be an extremely painful condition that causes a lot of other issues

too -- including things like low self esteem due to its unseemly appearance. That being said,

prevention is certainly better than having to search around for a cure... but in order to prevent

hemorrhoids you first need to understand what exactly causes it, so that you can deal with it best.

For starters, hemorrhoids is essentially a swelling of the anus or rectum -- so it is only logical to

realize that it is caused by problems that centre around those two areas as well. Although that could

be any problem at all, primarily the type of things that tend to cause hemorrhoids are simply

activities that put a strain on them.

Due to this, the number one cause of hemorrhoids is (rather unsurprisingly) sitting down for long

hours on end. Unfortunately, this is something that is increasingly common in the modern world,

where most of us slave away at 9 to 5 jobs which require us to remain seated for the better part of

the time that we're at work. Because it is such a common thing, most people don't even pause to

think twice about it -- but the truth is: It could cause you to get hemorrhoids.

Similarly, actually 'straining' when you're on the toilet is another big cause of hemorrhoids. While it

is only normal to strain every now and then, if you do so over a prolonged period you're going to be

increasing the pressure on your rectum and anal walls, which could irritate and inflame them. For

people who suffer from periodic constipation, this is a very big risk indeed!

One of the other factors that has been found to play a role in developing hemorrhoids is

hypertension. Without getting too technical, it should suffice to say that there are connections

between the effects of hypertension and the veins on the rectum wall. These connections could

possibly cause them to become explained.

Naturally, there are a whole other bunch of factors at work to contribute to hemorrhoids to.

Obesity, for one, will generally increase the pressure in all your veins, and is further compounded by

poor muscular tone and posture that can lead to even more problems.

All said and done, you should now have a pretty firm grip on the exact factors that lie behind

hemorrhoids. As you can see, there are some causes that can be avoided, and tackled... and doing so

will certainly be a good idea if you want to dodge this problem entirely. Still, there are a lot of other

causes that are not yet fully documented, and so there is a small risk that you will find yourself

getting hemorrhoids regardless.

Everything you should not do when You have piles disease

Going through a bout of hemorrhiods can be a trying experience. Unfortunately, that experience is

often made far worse due to some of the things that we unknowingly do that could contribute to the

hemorrhoids worsening. Naturally, this is something that you'll probably want to avoid stringently,

so be sure to pay close attention and learn what you absolutely should not do when you have

hemorrhoids.

1. Don't Scratch

Granted, this is easier said than done, and hemorrhoids can really get to be unbearably itchy, but

despite all that -- scratching is still completely out of the question. Essentially when you do scratch

you run the risk of further inflamming your hemorrhoids, or worse: Injuring yourself too. Try to

refrain from scratching completely, and maybe even take some symptom based treatment to reduce

the itch that you're facing.

2. Don't Lift Heavy Objects

Most people don't realize this, but lifting heavy objects automatically puts more strain on your tail

end, and therefore can affect your delicate condition. While you're having a bout of hemorrhoids

you should really completely swear off lifting anything heavy, and in fact should probably stay away

from exercise that is too strenuous altogether. Some mild workouts are fine, and even advisable, but

don't push yourself too far.

3. Don't Eat Spicy Food

Spicy food is sometimes just as spicy coming out as it was going in. That makes it a definite 'no' while

you're having hemorrhoids as the spices could actually further inflame your condition. Also, they're

certainly not going to help your digestive system very much at all.

4. Don't Sit on Hard Surfaces

Needless to say, sitting on hard surfaces while your bottom is inflamed and painful is just a bad idea.

Some people buy specialized hemorrhoid pillows (i.e. donut pillows) that will help them to sit down

Page 15: Piles Disease Guide

without actually exposing their inflamed areas to the hard seat itself. Even though this seems like a

small step, it could help you to just be able to sit down and relax every now and then.

5. Do Not Take Caffeine and Alcohol

All said and done, these are two substances that will dehydrate you, thus causing even more

inflammation, pain, and so on. Keep yourself hydrated and steer clear of both -- you'd be amazed

how much cutting these two out of your life could help you.

Now that you know exactly what you shouldn't be doing, be sure to not do these things and you'llfind that your hemorrhoids are a lot more manageable as a result!

Piles disease 101

Hemorrhoids are generally defined as swollen veins in the rectal and anal canal. This usual health

problem is painful, but not fatal.

Veins can be swollen in the interior of the anal canal to form internal bleeding or hemorrhoids. Also,

they can be swollen near the aperture of the anal hole to form external bleeding. You can acquire

either kind at the same time. The signs and diagnosis are based on what kind of hemorrhoid you

have.

The major cause of hemorrhoids is extreme tension or pressure in the anal and rectal region.

Commonly, inner anal tissue is filled with blood to aid with bowel movements. If you put pressure to

discard bowels, the tension can cause the anal canal to stretch, tear and be swollen causing

hemorrhoids.

Sometimes, hemorrhoids can be caused by diarrhea or constipation. These health conditions can

also put extra tension in the anal canal.

Pregnant women are likely to experience hemorrhoids during the last quarter of pregnancy. This is

due to the added tension on the blood veins in the thighs. During labor, when a woman is pushing

the baby out, hemorrhoid can also occur.

Also, it is noted that obese persons are more likely to get hemorrhoids than those with normal

weight.

The most common signs and symptoms of both inner and outer hemorrhoids are:

1. Bleeding during bowel movements. You might observe that your bowels have smeared blood, or

the toilet paper is tinted with blood.

2. Prickling sensation in the anal region.

Page 17: Piles Disease Guide

Piles Disease Guide

3. Pain in the rectal area.

In inner hemorrhoids, a blood-tinted bowel movement can occur. You can see red smudges of blood

on the toilet paper or vivid red blood in the toilet bowl after you discarded your wastes.

Inner hemorrhoids are usually small, inflamed blood veins in the lining of the anal canal. However,

they can be sometimes large, slumping veins that lump out of your anus all the time. If you have this

kind of hemorrhoid, it can be painful if they lump out and are pressured by the rectal muscles. Pain

is experienced if the blood supply to the hemorrhoid is blocked. If you have a sagging hemorrhoid,

you can also observe mucus on your stool.

Internal hemorrhoids often are small, swollen veins in the wall of the anal canal. But they can be

large, sagging veins that bulge out of the anus all the time. They can be painful if they bulge out and

are squeezed by the anal muscles. They may be very painful if the blood supply to the hemorrhoid is

cut off. If hemorrhoids bulge out, you also may see mucus on the toilet paper or stool.

On the other hand, external or outer hemorrhoid can also bleed, leading to a rigid painful bulge. This

is clinically called as a thrombosed anal vein, or generally a hemorrhoid.

Although hemorrhoid is not fatal, this is a condition which you should not ignore completely. Most

hemorrhoids can be a sign of a more serious problem such as cancer of the colon, anus and

intestine.

Piles disease doctor

While hemorrhoids are not fatal, they can cause miserable living as they can cause pain, irritation

and nasty sensation in the anal area. Also, it is often hard to find a medical treatment suitable to

your condition.

Hemorrhoids, in its entirety, is not a severe condition, but the portion they are in is severely

receptive and vulnerable to chronic damages from poorly managed treatments – a significant

hemorrhoids doctor or surgeon is necessary.

Consequently, the first hemorrhoid doctor that you probably want to seek is your family doctor with

whom you have build up trust and confidence. Pay him a visit, and discuss your condition.

If your hemorrhoids are not serious, not bleeding, and can be remedied using home treatments,

your hemorrhoid doctor will typically tell you to eat more fiber in your daily meals, give you some

prescriptions, recommend a Sitz bath, and possibly provide you with mild pain relievers, either in gel

or capsule forms to relieve pain.

If, nevertheless, your doctor thinks any further complications can occur, he will refer you to a

specialist, which is a proctologist.

Your family doctor is typically versed with all the medical specialists in your area and can refer one

that is suitable for you, thus you should feel free to express your conditions precisely what you like

in a doctor who will be examining at such a sensitive and private region of your body.

You should not feel shame because of the sensitive aspects of hemorrhoids since all patients are

protected by the Patient Bill of Rights, wherein you can always access. This law may range from

country to country, and possibly simply from institution to institution, but a typical portion of it is

your right to completely understand any kind of treatment or medication that will be done to you

before the actual operation, and your right implore a basic human respect and freedom from

discrimination and public exposure.

You also have the right to pick your own doctor, so always demand more explanation if required and

never hesitate to ask for a different doctor if at any point you feel discomfort. If you are a woman,

you can always ask for a female proctologist if you find it uncomfortable with a male proctologist

examining your private parts.

A proctologist is a medical specialist that deals with hemorrhoids. Generally he deals with the

anorectal canal and connective structures. In simplest terms, if you have a problem with

hemorrhoids, he is the doctor that can provide you with information as well as suitable treatments.

The proctologist will request to examine the area that will include covering fairly good effort to aid

you feel as though you and your privacy are protected and esteemed.

After the initial ocular inspection, the proctologist will administer an endoscope inside the rectum to

inspect internal hemorrhoids. It is a metallic tube that has a port through that one quarter of the

anal canal’s wall at a time. You can have it warmed up to a respectable temperature, if needed.

Piles disease: Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are hemorrhoids?

First, hemorrhoids are similar, but not exactly the same as, varicose veins. Hemorrhoids, generally

occur in the rectal region – bloated, enlarged blood vessel of the lower rectum and anal duct, to be

clinically accurate.

The blood vessels in this region of your body are fairly flexible and stretchable to be suitable with the

stool expanding and constricting. This is why a hemorrhoid can only happen in this area of the body

 – no other blood vessels in your vascular system can stretch as much and become so large when

filled with blood.

To better understand hemorrhoids, imagine of the hemorrhoid as the most frail part of a diluted

area of the veins – such as when straining on the toilet. Once stretched and if not able to return to

its original shape and size, it is then called a hemorrhoid. The more blood vessels are filled with

blood, the more hemorrhoids you have.

2. What are external hemorrhoids?

If the enlarged blood vessel is outside the rectum, but nearly closes in the opening, it is called an

external hemorrhoid. Particularly, external hemorrhoids have three main symptoms: They are

observed as small bleeding regions that happen beneath the skin close to the anus that can be felt as

rigid bulges. They also do not present through the opening, but are formed on the lining, just

situated outside and, since external hemorrhoids form in the often tinted area of the skin near the

opening, they are often plum or brownish.

Some doctors argue in calling a varicose vein on the upper part of the leg as a hemorrhoid- but this is

a different way of using the clinical term.

3. What are internal hemorrhoids?

If the enlarged blood vessel is inside, the hemorrhoids are called internal hemorrhoids, even thoughthey can bleed, they are rarely painful unless irritated or has blood coagulation.

Internal hemorrhoids only happen in the last 5 centimetres of your anus. That’s why a doctor can

easily test you for internal hemorrhoids. This is crucial since a lot of patients are mistakenly informed

that internal hemorrhoids are fairly long, huge, enormous things, that trips over deep inside the anal

duct.

4. What are prolapsed hemorrhoids?

If the enlarged blood vessel is internal, but protrudes outside where you can see it, it is called a

prolapsed hemorrhoid and, they are basically red in appearance.

5. What are thrombosed hemorrhoids?

Finally, the last kind of hemorrhoids you’ll probably need to be oriented about are hemorrhoids that

are known as thrombosed hemorrhoids. Thrombosed hemorrhoids are hemorrhoids that have

coagulated blood inside them, and they are severely painful.

6. Are Hemorrhoid Tumors?

No. Any kind of hemorrhoid is not cancerous, so do not be alarmed easily until you get a proper

medical exam. However, you should not completely ignore any kind of hemorrhoid as it can be a

warning sign of a more serious health problem that can be life-threatening such as colorectal cancer

or cancer of the colon.

Piles disease in Children

Even though child hemorrhoids are not a very serious health condition, they are not a typical

children health disorder and this condition can usually be both a symptom and a cause of more

serious health condition in the child patient.

Hemorrhoids, as we are oriented with them, are inflamed blood vessels that appear from and just

about the hemorrhoid cushions that aids the anal canal to function. When one of the large blood

vessels that flows through this region is put under enough tension, the vein lining swells and pulls

some of the tissue.

Whether the patient is a child or an adult, if the hemorrhoids should occur on the inside of the anal

duct, above the lining, then it is called internal hemorrhoid. If, on the other hand, the inflammation

of the blood vessel should begin from a portion underneath the lining, it is an external hemorrhoid.

The real opening of the anal duct is called the anal verge and the lining is about two centimetres

extended inside the canal from the anal verge.

The main reason that this lining is essential is because it marks the start of a big and receptive band

of nerve endings that aids to regulate the anal region. Since they are nowhere close to this nerve

endings, internal hemorrhoids are usually painless, if at all, unless they have prolapsed to the

outside.

However, because of the location, external hemorrhoids typically, and kids are more susceptible to

pain than adults.

Causes of child hemorrhoids

There are different probable causes of child hemorrhoids, varying from mere constipation to a more

serious health condition such as the Crohn’s disease that damages the lower colon, to prolonged

sitting in the toilet bowl straining bowel movements.

While there are few known origins that are usually normal, child hemorrhoids are very rare, so when

your kid has hemorrhoids, it is very necessary to consult your pediatrician or the family doctor for

proper diagnosis.

While an adult may be aware that the constipation is the primary cause of hemorrhoids (if you are

not pregnant), children do not usually suffer from these problems.

One of the more severe origins of child hemorrhoids is due to portal hypertension that means that

there is a retrogression of pressure in the portal blood vessel that contains blood coming from thedigestive tract to the liver. A medical condition that damages the liver usually manifests their first

symptoms through portal blood vessels or hypertension.

Crohn’s disease, a chronic (long-term) swelling of the bowels, is also a probable cause of child

hemorrhoids. These problems should be consulted with a pediatrician, particularly in infants who

cannot communicate clearly or precisely.

A major cause of hemorrhoids among children and infants is constipation, and one of the major

causes of constipation is dehydration.

Dehydration is life-threatening. While it is basically a harmful condition, because of the pediatric

anatomy, it works speedier on kids, who do not have the kinds of body reservoir that we use to

mitigate our condition against conditions such as dehydration, sunstroke and hypothermia.

Pregnancy piles disease

Pregnancy hemorrhoid is a very common health condition resulting from pregnancy, and most

women are wondering why.

Most pregnant women acquire more than two pounds from increased blood supply alone that can

add to blood pressure in the entire body. This increase in blood pressure can have direct effects to a

woman’s wellness such as the occurrence of hemorrhoids.

Most pregnant women also get varicose veins on the pelvis, and hemorrhoids are generally similar

to varicose veins, but they only happen in the rectal area. Because of the large mass of connective

tissue in the rectal area are designed to engorged and back to its normal size naturally, it is very easy

for the blood vessels to get trapped and inflamed, particularly when there’s more blood volume.

Furthermore, the second stage of labor commonly includes pushing and muscular constrictions in

the rectal area for prolonged hours on end, so you should not be shocked that hemorrhoids can still

occur after you give birth. Such tension puts a lot of strain on the vein linings and this can lead to

hemorrhoids.

Also the enlarging uterus puts tension on the blood vessels in the pelvis and the inferior vena cava,

either of which sucks blood from the entire pelvis area back to the center of the circulatory system.

The inferior vena cava is the really huge blood vessel on the left portion of the body that pulls all of

the blood from the lower thighs back to the heart. Thus, when it is contracted by a growing fetus

straining to occupy adequate space, it can begin causing hemorrhoids and varicose veins, in some

cases in the most unlikely parts of the rectum.

And, to make the situation almost ideal for the development of hemorrhoids, the female body

releases large volumes of progesterone in the entire body throughout pregnancy that provides extra

straining and coincident relaxation of vessel linings and slowing food absorption down.

While progesterone can pose hemorrhoids, there are two significant reasons that your body needs

this hormone.

Page 25: Piles Disease Guide

1. While the blood vessels are relaxing, so are your tendons and muscle linings that allows your body

to grow and gradually makes labor during child birth easier.

2. Your body requires to pull every bit of nutrients and minerals it can absorb from food, so when

your digestion is slower, your intestines are working extra hard to extract the needed nutrients.

However, the mixture of all these effects makes your body a perfect environment for hemorrhoids

to develop.

The negative aspect of this is that pregnancy hemorrhoids can be more likely to act as a tendon to

support the blood vessels in that portion of the body and is thus decreased, allowing the blood

vessels to be more susceptible to inflammation and the swelling added with the slow process of food

digestion, constipation (another major cause of hemorrhoids), is more probable to be experienced.

After giving birth, the hemorrhoids will more probably vanish; this is an advantage since a female

body can easily heal the hemorrhoids with or without the intervention, than the male body.

However, you should remember that it will take your body a little while to recuperate from the labor

of giving birth and for the pain caused by hemorrhoids and discomfort to be completely eradicated.

A more direct treatment for hemorrhoids can be applied after giving birth, if prescribed by your

pediatrician or a colorectal expert.

Bleeding piles disease

Common symptoms

Bleeding is probably the most serious symptom of hemorrhoids. Most people will be shocked and

will be very anxious when they have observed blood smudges on the toilet paper or the toilet bowl

after a bowel movement.

For most people, hemorrhoids are the root of great trouble and pain. One of the greatest troubles in

the treatment of critical stints of hemorrhoids includes dealing with the numerous symptoms that

are usually connected with hemorrhoids.

The warning signs linked with the incidence of hemorrhoids can be tender areas, specifically in the

incidents of those going through the external type. Usual symptoms of hemorrhoids may involve

pain, inflammation, blistering, itching and perhaps, the most alarming of all, bleeding. What can you

do to avoid these symptoms, especially bleeding? Luckily, there are more therapies available than

ever. Here are some methods to lessen your pain from hemorrhoids.

Bleeding, a severe condition?

Although the outlook can be very frightening for most bleeding hemorrhoids patients, the truth is,

most of the time, the bleeding hemorrhoids is not a serious threat. Painless bleeding is a common

experience for most hemorrhoids patients. Basically, bowel movements are associated with

bleeding. Faces may be discarded with smudges of red blood.

The sight of vivid murky red blood in the toilet bowl or the toilet paper is truly alarming. Most of the

time, rectal bleeding can be associated to some form of bleeding hemorrhoids. In some cases,

however, rectal bleeding can be a warning sign of a more serious health threat such as colorectal

cancer or cancer of the colon. So, if you have seen blood in your stool, it is very necessary to consult

your doctor. Only a doctor can make the proper diagnosis.

How to Minimize Bleeding?

Page 27: Piles Disease Guide

When you have detected bleeding, you should obtain a critical diagnosis of the incident of bleeding

hemorrhoids by visiting a licensed medical practitioner such as a family doctor or a colorectal

specialist. Once your doctor finds that you irrefutably have hemorrhoids, you will be treated for all

the immediate warning signs of the situation, together with bleeding. To lessen the occurrence of

the symptoms of hemorrhoids, particularly bleeding hemorrhoids, most doctors are presently

concentrating on improving their patient’s diet.

Current research on hemorrhoids has uncovered that the mixture of added fiber to a person’s daily

meal can greatly help in reducing the incidence of hemorrhoids. Studies have revealed that adding

fiber components such as psyllium or other fiber-rich foods and supplements to your food cansignificantly increase recuperation from bleeding hemorrhoids.

Psyllium is a large agent that means it adds mass to stools, making them softer and a bit smoother to

pass through the anal canal. To achieve decrease in bleeding hemorrhoids, fiber capsules and other

supplements can be taken to especially address the condition. When fiber is added to the diet, it is

necessary that the patient also take enough supply of water.

Some patients may require to consume fiber foods to prevent bleeding hemorrhoids. In these

situations, fiber-rich foods such as fresh vegetables and fruits will be prescribed by your doctor.

Common Symptoms that Are Not Necessarily piles disease

Although hemorrhoids aren't exactly a 'mysterious' condition by any stretch of imagination, the

truth is that people often misdiagnose themselves with the condition. All in all, it seems to be a

tendency to assume that you have hemorrhoids the minute any blood is seen in the vicinity of the

anal cavity. Needless to say, this isn't the best way to self-diagnose, and the truth is that there are

many other conditions that share common symptoms with hemorrhoids.

After all -- what are the symptoms of hemorrhoids? Naturally, as you probably well know, the

bleeding is one symptom that is well documented, and so there's no need to go into that. Apart from

that however, hemorrhoid symptoms include pain, discomfort, itching, and so on -- all of which arenot exactly 'distinct' in their own right either.

Matter of fact, the only real distinct symptom of hemorrhoids would be that it sometimes tends to

protrude. Even so, this only occurs in some cases, and so it isn't a foolproof method of identifying

and differentiating hemorrhoids from other similar conditions.

Some of the other conditions that share these types of symptoms include anal fissures and fistulae, abscesses and melanoma. All of them can cause symptoms that make them tough to tell apart -- and

seeing as you're probably not a trained medical professional, it may even be impossible for you to do

so from your own home.

Due to this, it is ever so important that you actually seek out medical advice if you suspect yourself

of having hemorrhoids. Granted, it may not even be very painful, but on the off chance that it is

some other condition (and maybe even something more serious!) it would be best to find out for

certain instead of attempting to simply self-diagnose.

Once you have confirmed that you have hemorrhoids, then you can start to think about maybe

undergoing treatment. In many cases, hemorrhoids actually vanish within a few days at most -- so

you might not even have to resort to going through any treatment at all.

End of the day, now that you're aware that just because there is blood it doesn't mean it is

hemorrhoids, you should be able to see quite clearly that self-diagnosis probably isn't the best way

to go. Get a professional opinion and find out for sure what's going on -- who knows, you might

actually be able to catch problems early if you do so!

Vaginal piles disease?

Most people have some misconceptions and wrong information on vaginal hemorrhoids and they

are confused with rectal hemorrhoids.

Vaginal hemorrhoids is a case of mistaken identity, that most young female teenagers and adults

should know about, and in some extent males who have their wife with this condition.

Hemorrhoids are pretty particularly a health condition that takes place around the rectal or anal

area. They happen because of the origin of the blood circulation to that area – there’s a large

cushion of veins around the anal duct that is intended to aid in the smooth bowel movement, but

because to their origin, they are very susceptible to be inflamed out of their natural shape and size

with blood, particularly if there is something going on inside the body such as constipation, diarrhea

or pregnancy that places tension they are beneath.

This leads to hemorrhoids, similar to varicose veins, are simply blood vessels that have been

engorged and stretch for a prolonged time.

They can happen in the rectal area since the connective tissue that surrounds them is quite squishy

and supple.

A Case Of Mistaken Identity

Blood vessels in the vaginal area are very not likely to have the room to inflame and get swollen,

since the connective tissue is quite string and flexible – it will normally push the blood vessels back

into its normal size and shape. Thus, a vaginal hemorrhoid does not exist, in its strictest sense of the

term hemorrhoids.

Page 30: Piles Disease Guide

Since hemorrhoids can look like externally around the rectal area, it is probable that they may

appear near enough to the vagina to appear like the hemorrhoids in the rectum. Most medically-

trained professional may refer to them as vaginal hemorrhoids.

There are certain health conditions that give birth to bulges or tags around the vaginal area, which

can be likely to be confused with hemorrhoids because of their appearance, like vaginal warts that

are well known in the medical community. If you have discovered such type of abnormal growths, in

the vagina, it is very essential to consult your doctor in proper diagnosis, as it can be fairly difficult to

distinguish them.

As well, in some rare cases, if you ignore the condition that you think were vaginal hemorrhoids

undiagnosed, you can put your life in a fatal situation and your partner in danger, as well as your skill

to rear children.

Internal hemorrhoids can often occur as prolapsed that means they are trapped outside the

opening, somehow, causing a prolapsed of the opening.

It is very possible for the vagina to prolapsed, though that’s typical in older women, and is not linked

to hemorrhoids in any way.

If you have discovered something that you think is a hemorrhoid in the vagina, it is almost

specifically something else, another kind of health condition, and you need to have a proper clinical

diagnosis to determine what it is, particularly if it is painful, irritated or bleeding. Even though most

of these warning signs are similar with hemorrhoids, they do not affect the vaginal area in this way.

In simplest terms, vaginal hemorrhoids do not exist.

Piles disease cures and preventions

Avoid Constipation and Avoid piles disease at the Same Time

Ever since constipation was highlighted as one of the main causes of hemorrhoids, people have been

trying to figure out exactly how they can prevent themselves from getting constipated -- and by

doing so, prevent hemorrhoids. Frankly speaking, it isn't as hard as many imagine it to be, and with

the combination of a few steps, you could limit your risk of having to go through both those

conditions!

To get started doing exactly this, you should first look at your diet. One of the main reasons why

people end up getting constipated is due to a single cause: Their diets have insufficient fiber in them.

If you were eating a healthy and balanced diet (with ample fiber) your risk of being constipated

would be vastly reduced, so try to get at least 20 to 30 mg of fiber a day -- either through your diet,

or through additional supplements if you absolutely have to.

At the same time, you should also watch what you eat in other areas too.

Keep your sugar intake to a minimum, along with any other low-fiber or no-fiber foods -- especially

junk foods! These food types could be directly causing your constipation, especially if you're eating

too much of them, and too little of other, healthier, options.

Of course, there's also the question of hydration, and in order to tackle this one you should

remember to always drink lots of water, and avoid substances that may cause dehydration. As a

general rule of thumb, anything from 8 to 10 glasses of water a day is optimum, and amongst the

two most dehydrating substances around are: Caffeine and alcohol.

If you can cut down on those after-work beers, and early morning coffees, you'll notice a marked

improvement.

All in all, the fact of the matter is that you want to be eating healthy. Apart from that though, you

also want to be living healthy in other areas too, as this will help your digestive system and improve

Page 32: Piles Disease Guide

your overall well-being. If you're leading a healthy lifestyle on the whole, and exercising regularly,

you'll find that problems such as constipation and hemorrhoids aren't going to crop up very often.

As a last resort, if you've tried everything you can and you still end up facing bad bouts of

constipation, then you might want to consider using stool softeners that can help immensely for

even the most troublesome cases. Don't use laxatives though -- they can cause diarrhea and actually

worsen hemorrhoid problems that are already present!

Follow these instructions and in no time at all you'll be living a constipation free, hemorrhoid free

life!

Get Some Quick Relief From piles disease With Ice

Have you ever had a really bad bout of hemorrhoids and been unable to get anything done? Some

people find that their hemorrhoids can at times get so bad that even making a trip to the doctors is a

real challenge. Needless to say, at times like these you'd probably do practically anything to get your

hands on some quick relief, and right here and now you're going to learn the easiest and fastest way

to do just that!

Basically, this will work wonders for anyone who suffers from severe hemorrhoids and has trouble

sitting and walking around. That means that the inflammation and pain are probably both so severe

that you're literally unable to function. Sure, if you have some form of pain relief now would be theright time to use it -- but what if you don't? Or worse: What if the pain relief that you have isn't

really all the effective?

Fortunately, there is a way to get some very quick, and very easy relief: Ice.

Considering how readily available ice is, you could probably just walk over to your freezer right now

and get some. If not, most grocery stores sell bags of chipped ice which is exactly what you need.Even if you do have your own ice, you're going to have to chip it down to size yourself, so simply do

whichever suits you best.

All that you need to do is take some chipped ice, and apply it on the area in question. Mind you,

you're not trying to freeze yourself -- all that you want is for the cold to numb the area slightly, while

at the same time soothing the inflammation and helping it subside. Provided you don't overuse it

(i.e. keeping yourself frozen), this procedure really doesn't have any notable side effects, and some

people perform it once in the morning, and then as needed throughout the day.

Granted, it isn't a permanent cure, but it will at least tide you over for a little while.

If you need to, you can even insert the ice chips to get to the affected area. Be careful when you do

though -- some ice chips can have sharp edges and the last thing you want to do is injure yourself

further!

Once you've applied the ice, you should be able to feel the results fairly quickly. Within minutes,

your hemorrhoids should feel a lot less inflamed, and the pain should be fairly numbed as well. All in

all, you should be able to at least get some things done without having to do so through all that

discomfiture.

Did you ever think that hemorrhoid relief could be this easy?

Piles disease Treatments

First major point – many gentle cases of hemorrhoids, if left on its own, will heal itself without

further intervention such as medications and surgeries within a couple of weeks. There can be

recurrence, but if the hemorrhoid is mild, you should not be anxious and your possibly don’t need to

treat them other than thinking of changing your lifestyle.

At most, hemorrhoids are a chronic and critical problem, and in many cases, this means a long term

solution and healing process. The best, prescribed treatment for many cases of hemorrhoids remains

in management through diet and lifestyle change.

It is expectedly that if you change to eating nutritious, fiber-rich foods and get ample mild exercises,

you can experience development in the status of your hemorrhoids within a couple of weeks, and

you could expect a total recuperation after about a few months.

That is the possible outcome – there is no instant cure without choosing surgical treatments, and

that is never the top choice treatments unless there’s a serious threat. Always, if you are in doubt,

read the label and instructions. It will give you the necessary information on the prescription andwhat to do when it is not effective.

Symptomatic treatments refer to any type of treatments that focus on the symptoms. It includes

anesthesia, laxatives, toners, vasoconstrictors, Sitz bath and hemorrhoid cushions. These treatments

react in shorter terms to ease pain and inflammation in the hemorrhoids. For instance, ibuprofen, a

generic pain reliever reduces the pain you feel, and also the inflammation.

These medications are great since they normally begin working as soon as you apply or take the

medication. Ibuprofen can be taken as a capsule or rubbed directly to the affected area, as a cream

or a gel, and will begin decreasing the pain within a matter of hours even minutes. They can give you

immediate relief that is important to aid you throughout the day.

These treatments do not concentrate on the causes of the hemorrhoids, only on the symptoms that

you can feel.

It does not mean that they cannot help you in getting rid of hemorrhoids – if a pain reliever helps

you with the bowel movement sans the pain, it will significantly aid your constipation and that will

Page 36: Piles Disease Guide

have a soothing effect to the hemorrhoids. But when taken as a singular medication, they do not

respond directly on the hemorrhoids to treat it or get rid of it, so if the hemorrhoids are chronic, you

need to consider other treatments you can try.

Some herbal treatments or over-the-counter drugs are composed of a combination of various active

ingredients that not only help boost your body’s healing process with supplements, but also fortifies

the blood vessels, reduce inflammation and discomfort and can also aid you defecate smoothly.

Whether surgical treatments is for a direct elimination of hemorrhoids, or cutting off a enlargement

so it will be killed from the lack of blood supply, injecting it with a liquid that will destroy it, surgical

treatments are the only known straightforward treatment that will instantly eradicate the

hemorrhoid entirely.

Piles disease Prevention

Prevention of hemorrhoids is a matter that most people will not need to think hard about. Most

patients of hemorrhoids have never suffered again from a return bout, so nobody really considers

hemorrhoids prevention until they acquire one.

Conversely, once you have endured through a fit of hemorrhoids, prevention does likely to dwell in

the mind of most patients.

Hemorrhoid prevention is simple.

Although genetic factors play a significant role in hemorrhoid vulnerability, lifestyle has a bigger role

in the development of hemorrhoids, and in thinking of a hemorrhoid prevention program.

Conversely, there are a handful diseases and health problems that make hemorrhoids prevention

less attainable, like Crohn’s disease, hypertension, badly supervised diabetes and pregnancy. If you

are presently having one of these health conditions and suffer from hemorrhoids, the hemorrhoids

may not entirely be eliminated until the origin is treated, and, certainly, hemorrhoids prevention

cannot be totally probable.

Nonetheless, hemorrhoid prevention methods can significantly aid to decrease trouble and anxiety

while working on other health conditions.

Lifestyle change

Most hemorrhoid problems are caused by diarrhea, or constipation, either of which can be cured by

a well-planned diet that involves fiber-rich foods and plenty source of drinking water. For

hemorrhoids prevention, an average person should take between 30 to 40 grams of dietary fiber

everyday to keep the digestive tract in its efficient working order.

A well planned and nutritious diet, like anything else to do with human health presents equilibrium.

Page 38: Piles Disease Guide

Piles Disease Guide

However, do not take more than 40 grams of fiber unless your physician instructs you to do so. Too

much fiber will make you bloat, and nauseous. Too much fiber intake also combats the prevention of

hemorrhoids, as the faeces can be rigid and small needing several visits to the toilet to completely

eradicate the stool.

Furthermore, when you add fiber to your diet, you should add the amount you take gradually and

drink plenty of water. Going from very small fiber to the large amount in one day will also make you

irritated, while eating more fiber without enough water to go with it will form rigid materials in the

colon. Needlessly, rigid bowel movements will not make your hemorrhoids better.

Evidently, hemorrhoids prevention is beneficial for a healthy meal to travel the boundaries of the

regularity of bowel movements. A proper and balanced food intake will aid to decrease blood

pressure, provide your cardiovascular system the vitamins and minerals it requires to stay in proper

order, give your muscles proper sustenance in order for them to support the hemorrhoid blood

vessels in your thighs and gives you the energy and the vigor to chase an active living that gets the

blood flowing in its normal rate.

Exercises suitable for your age and health are another technique to prevent hemorrhoids. Desk

bounded jobs, such as driving or clerk, have you sitting for the whole day. So much sitting makes any

inclination towards hemorrhoids.

Thus, it’s essential to get up and do a mild walk at least every couple of hours, possibly for a few

minutes. Jogging or walking will help you focus on your work more while getting the blood out of the

hemorrhoids.

What finally cured my piles disease permanently

A friend of mine encouraged me to try searching for cheaper alternatives online. That was

basically what I did one day and started pouring through pages and pages and site after site of

information, noting the similarities and differences for some of the solutions. But at the end

of it all, most of them were rather vague if not partially filled with fluff. However one of

them did look promising, and before I knew it, I’ve stumbled across this guide called the H

Miracle.

It only took roughly 40 dollars but I must let you know, it was a risk free investment eitherway. As far as I can tell, it was even cheaper than going to the doctor and getting prescribed

with meds anyway. I just can’t imagine the amount of money I could have saved if I found

this earlier. Not to mention the increasing health risks that these drugs might pose in terms of

side effects. Here’s a picture of the guide.

To give you some insights on what H Miracle consists of, here are some of the contents that it

covers:-
