The Forever Delicious products are increasingly becoming popular in the local market. Bearing

in mind the 5Cs principles of effective communication, complete the following parts of the

proposal to the General Manager, suggesting for the organization to sponsor a reality show

on TV. You are advised to include your own additional information whenever necessary.

Data obtained from customers feedback, our company annual report, survey done to the

customers and staff and also by observation made by the management, shows that Forever

Delicious need to have a strategic marketing plan in order to sustain our good performance

and for the future success of the company.

In order to sustain the good performance as well as to promote our companys products, we

need to promote our product in a higher level which may be done by sponsoring a reality tv

show which is Running Man.

The recommended sponsorship will cost around RM5750 and this is seen to be a good

investment to be made for the future success of the company.

Forever Delicious is a cake shop that produce variety types of dessert. Production shows a

continuous increase in demand and is becoming popular in the local market. Annual report

obtained proved that for the last whole year sales shows that Forever Delicious salesincreases up to 50% to 60% monthly depending on the monthly occasion and promotion.

Marketing team had also contributed to this achievement with their remarkable marketing

strategies.

year achievements. Popularity obtained shows that Forever Delicious is getting well-knownto the local market. It is important for the company to come out with a good strategic plan in

order to sustain our company good performance and enhance the growth of popularity of the

company.

The problem in sustaining the good performance of the company can be solved by a good

strategic marketing plan. Since Running Man is coming to Malaysia, we could promote ourproducts by sponsoring the desserts for the show. Running Man is a well-known reality showfrom Korea. By sponsoring the show with our products, it is another way to market our

products not just locally but also internationally. This sponsor acts as an investment for the

company in order to expand the market shares.

The purpose of this proposal is to promote the products of Forever Delicious. This is also to

ensure that the company maintains the good performance as well as being able to market theproducts not just locally but also internationally in the future.

It is important for Forever Delicious to be able to continuously maintain the goodperformance achieved since past year. We might face problems with losing customer or evendecrease in demand if we are not able to promote our products in a higher level. Sponsoring a

reality tv show might be one of the way to invest in our companys marketing strategies. This

investment made is to promote our products with a reasonable cost to invest for the futuresuccess of our company.

The estimated cost to sponsor Running Man tv shows will cost RM5750. The followingbudget details the expenses for this project.

These estimated costs are roughly made based on the normal charge by the company. 50persons are including the main actors, the directors and also all crew of Running Man.

Table settings are including the decoration that will be made by our team to decorate our

dessert table. For refreshment water we will provide mineral water, tea and also coffee for

them to complement it with our desserts.
