Timesheets are now Electronic with ADP Must be completed by ALL hourly employees: Teacher Assistants,
Admin Assistants, Maintenance Staff, Employees who work less than 40 hours per week
ALL employees will use ADP for “Time off Requests” if they are planned in advance
“Time off Requests” that are call in sick or emergencies employees must use PDF form and email it after the absence to their supervisor for approval
“Time off Requests” for PD or school duties when you get substitute coverage employee must use PDF form and email it in advance for supervisor approval
