Dear Readers,
On this occasion of 70th Independence Day
celebration of our mother land, it’s indeed my
pleasure and honour to dedicate the
4th volume of Noble E-News to the soldiers
who are protecting our sovereignty at the
border and at Siachin. This volume has the
various activities of noble students’, staff and
the Management as a whole. As we know the
country is moving forward in a direction to
fulfil the dream of late Sri. Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. As per the latest survey, this
year economic growth of our country is 46%, which is the highest in the entire
world. If we move forward in the same speed, then definitely by 2030, we will
be the super giant in the world. For this development to happen, students,
parents, teachers, industrialists, bureaucrats, government are responsible.
Thus, Noble group of institutions is doing a tiny effort in encouraging and
motivating the students to showcase their hidden talent of research,
innovation in the field of Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Science and
Technology. I believe that, our effort in taking the noble E- news to your door
never goes in vain.
I acknowledge the effort of our editorial team in bringing this volume within
the stipulated time.
Yours,
Dr. H. N. Nagaraja

With the association of Sathway, Transforming Life Together, we believe in furnishing the
fraternity of educators in engineering with the varied opportunities to fuse technology with
their thinking skills and people skills. This is to provide them a real life environment or
situations to gear them up to confront the real world problems EVENTUALLY helping them
and their learners to imbibe the 21st century skills. The rise in student and faculty
satisfaction will work hand in hand with the vision of organization. 21st century is
witnessing a paradigm shift, especially in teaching learning process.
The role of a teacher has been changed from a knowledge distributor to a facilitator, a
guide. To play this role effectively, an educator has to be aware and an expert of various
teaching pedagogies relevant to the modern era for our digital native learners. FLIP
classroom is one of the most well–researched and consequently well-accepted by the
learners. To empower the teachers with such innovative teaching pedagogies, we are
looking to conduct “Developing Higher Order Thinking Skill”, a unique program for faculties.
For the newly introduce subject cyber security by GTU for 5th semester students
department of computer science had arranged a seminar for this course on 15th July,
2016 by cyber security expert Mr. Jaydeep Zala. More than 300 students have attended
this seminar.
The objective of cyber security program is to help all the students to develop awareness
and can start career in cyber security. Governments, military, corporate institutions,
financial institutions, hospitals and other business sectors, collect, process and store a
great deal of confidential information on computers and transmit that data across
networks to other computers. With the growing volume and sophistication of cyber-
attacks, we need cyber security.

Today’s youth is tomorrow’s nation. And today’s youth are our students.
Students do pay a vital role in the society and how a society is shaped
generation after generations. The formative period of an individual is during
the student phase and hence it is known to be the crucial time of life. What
is being sown today is what shall be reaped later.
Education is where a student gets formed from. Education is in-fact
character building in students. A child learns from his home, school and
then from the society and thus every individual that a kid interacts,
influences his life later on. When students are being treated with due
respect and responsibility, they have also lived up to be responsible and
respect in return to the society. When being recognized, they have the
acceptance to work for a better society through hardships rather than giving
up in between.
Today, there are many activities that students take initiatives for the
betterment of the society. It is we who bring the good and bad out in our
students. We have seen how the youth stand as one against the negative
aspects like corruption, violence, terrorism and fight for the peace and
security of the nation. However we have also seen that there is a lack of
patriotism in the youth slowly coming up which destroys the harmony and
peace of the nation as well. Students act as bridges between two
generations. They need to realize and understand the circumstances today
and eliminate the bad and extract the good and implement it for the better
tomorrow.
If we do not mould our youth today, we may have to regret tomorrow as
tomorrow’s nation is in the hands of our upcoming youth and they in turn
would pass on what they have acquired in a better format to the forth
coming generations, thus enabling the nation to grow in all sectors and
make is one among the most powerful and harmonious nations of
tomorrow.
