We handle the face painting, entertainment, activities, venue, tables/chairs, and games. Just focus on decorating and food… simple!

INVOLVE THE BIRTHDAY CHILD & SIBLINGS

Let them choose the color of the streamer decorations, or the flavor of icing. Many other decisions can be handled by your children, making it easier for you.

RELAX & ENJOY THE DAY! We’ll do everything we can to make sure your child’s birthday is the funnest one ever! We got you covered so relax and enjoy!

Thank you for allowing us to make your child’s birthday “The Greatest Party on Earth”! We really enjoy parties and it means a lot to us when you’re happy and your guests are having a great time. We’re having fun too!

When you arrive at The Davis Academy Lower School (8105 Roberts Dr, Atlanta, GA 30350) the gate should be open. Turn to the right, follow the driveway all around then park at the end, near where you first entered. If the door is locked, just knock or ring the doorbell, we’ll be right there.

There are plenty of tables in the party room to place your stuff. There’s no rush to do any decorating, that can be done while the children are having their

aerial lessons. You have about 90 minutes, so relax.

The tables can be arranged how you wish, however if you’ve chosen the entertainment option (such as Mister Greggy’s Goofy Magic Show) then it works

best to have 3-4 tables arranged for the children to have their snacks while watching the show. We’ll take care of setting them up before you arrive.

While your guests are arriving there will be fun activities in the main gym room before the aerial classes begin. Face painting, hooping, and juggling are included in the standard party package. If you request, balloon sculpting and balloon games can be added. If some of your guests have not signed the liability form online, we have some paper copies available.

The party aerial classes are on a tight schedule, so it’s important your guests arrive on time. We can accommodate late arrivals within reason, but it’s easier all around if everybody is present when the aerial classes begin.

When they begin the aerial classes is a good time to decorate, lay out the food, order pizza to be delivered, etc. On the left column is a list of nearby restaurants, party supply stores, etc. We’ve also included some online sources.

We’ll keep you updated on the timing of events so you have time to prepare. If you’ve added entertainment, it’s helpful if the food is portioned onto plates and ready to eat when the children come back into the party room. That way there’s fewer distractions while the show is taking place. If you’re doing a buffet style service (very fancy!) then it’s helpful if the parents guide the children along. We instruct the children to make sure they wash their hands before eating.

After all the festivities, show, food, and cake are done it’s time to clean up. Our staff will be glad to help with that. We have a large garbage can available, along with recycling crates.

It’s common to have have multiple circus aerial classes and/or other parties booked on weekends, so please be aware of the time at this point.

Many parents bring goody bags for the guests, they love them! We have clown noses available also, free for everybody. Wear one to the office!
