This project proposes to remove two de-teriorated access walkway structures at the north pump station (approx. 1000’ north of 10th St. & Main St.) and south pump station (approx. 350’ north of 10th St. & Grand Ave.), and replace each with steel struc-tures with aluminum walk and rails, attach existing discharge pipes and sluice gate operators, provide elec-trical and MCC upgrades and instal-lation of generators at both north
