Wolf Pack Press We are less than one month away from the last day of school! The old saying...time flies when you’re having fun, really does apply to the school year we’re leaving behind. As the PTO reflects on a busy year of events, we are proud of the school, students and families that helped contribute to the success of all of our events. There’s still a few more events left in our school year that we could use those friendly faces and eager helpers for. Thank you to everyone who assisted with or purchased from the Park Campus April Market Day host month. We are looking for assistance with our last Market Day host month on June 9. We need help from approximately 7:30 until the very latest at 11:00am. Please contact Irena Braun if you can assist at [email protected] The morning goes by fast when you are volunteering for a good cause with a group of really good people...with free donuts and coffee....and hey, put your kids to work, too! Inspiration Day is scheduled for May 24, and your child(ren) should have turned in their picks for the day by now. WE STILL COULD USE YOUR HELP! If you can assist with volunteering please review the attached flyers at the end of the newsletter. Field Day is May 31, and the hunt for volunteers is on to make this a fun, stress-free time for the students to enjoy the last event of the year! Please reach out to Amy Teather at [email protected] if you have interest in assisting with this event. If you purchased a Field Day t-shirt, dont forget to send your child in it on May 31. Turn off the TV week was AWESOME, wasn’t it? Challenging ourselves to put down the remote and spend quality time together should be done more often! We were lucky that week...Mother Nature cooperated and gave us some terrific weather to play in! Our Bingo and Game night had good turnout considering it was perfect evening to be outside. Thanks to all our volunteers who helped make that evening run smoothly and to all who attended. Did you take advantage of the Scholastic BOGO sale? We were pleased to see so many students and families buying summer reading material! PTO elections are held this month for the 2012-2013 school year. We encourage everyone to attend the election meeting on May 30th at 7:00pm.
