Pandora’s Travels

This is Pandora; she has a brother called Alex and a mummy.

Panda loves to sleep, one day she slept for a long time.

But when she woke up her mummy and brother were gone, Pandora was alone.

Pandora did not want to be alone anymore so she went to find look for her mummy.

First Pandora met Mrs Polar Bear. “Oh Mrs Polar Bear”, she cried, “You have white fur just like me, are you my mummy?”

“I’m sorry”, sighed Mrs Polar Bear “I do not have beautiful black ears like you”.

Pandora next meets Mrs Red Panda, “Oh Mrs Red Panda”, she cried. “You look like me, are you my mummy?”

“I’m sorry”, sighed Mrs Red Panda “I have red fur and you have white fur”.

No matter where Pandora searched, she still didn’t find her mummy who looked just like her.

Pandora was alone again and started to cry, but Mrs Rabbit hoped over and asked, “Are you ok their little panda?”

“I cannot find my mummy,” replied Pandora.

When they sat down to talk, Mrs Rabbit turned to Pandora and said “Pandora maybe I could be your mummy?”

“You” Pandora cried.

“But you don’t look like me, with my big beautiful eyes and white fur” said Pandora.

“My goodness” said Mrs Rabbit, “I do not have all those things you have, but I have a fluffy tail and big floppy ears, but these floppy ears are what makes me different to you”.

“Maybe my children can change your mind, come on meet my family”.

When they arrived at Mrs Rabbit’s house, children rushed out to meet Pandora.

“Pandora meet Kat and Ellie, I am their mummy too”.

Don’t mix bad words with your bad mood.

You will have many opportunites to change your mood.

But you will never get the opporunity to replace the words you said.

And now Pandora was very happy that her new mummy loved Pandora the same as she loved Ellie and Kat.

She goes on a journey to try and find her mummy but who could it be? Pandora tries to find her mummy but comes across different animals that do not look like her.

None of the animals seem to be right for Pandora. Will she ever find a mummy?
