Commencing on the 1st June, 1935, Telegraph Money Orders for payment in Trans-Jordan may be sent from any Post Office or Postal Agency in Palestine which transacts Telegraph and Money Order business.

Where in the opinion of a Postmaster there is reason to suppose that the Money Order Service is being used not for the purpose for which it is intended but for securing Safe Deposit facilities, and the issue of a Money Order will result in the overnight retention of an excessive amount of cash the Postmaster may decline to issue a Money Order.

ADJUDICATION OF CONTRACTS.

1. The contract for transporting stones from Layat Fields to Acre-Safad road has been awarded to M R . JAWDAT ZAKARIAH of Acre at the follow­ing rates :—

From Km. 1.300 to Km. 2.220 — 1060 m 3 at LP.0.115 mils per m 3.

From Km. 0.000 to Km. 0.585 — 700 m 3 at LP.0.130 mils per m 3 .

Period of contract is 35 days and 25 days res­pectively.

2. The contract for fencing the Broadcasting Station at Ramallah, has been awarded to M R . BAROUCH FELDMAN of Jerusalem at 1 3 ° / 0 above P . W . D . estimate rates. Period of contract is one calendar month.

3. The contract lor supplying broken stone stacked at roadside of section from Km. 30.600 to Km. 32.550 of the Hebron road has been awarded to M R . AHMAD IBRAHIM of Jerusalem at l ° / 0 below P.W.D. estimate rates. Period of contract is 40 days.

4. The contract for supplying stone chippings for asphalting section from Km. 25 to Km. 33 of the Hehovot-Gaza road has been awarded to M R . JACOB LEVENHARTZ at LP.0.599 mils per metre cube. Period of contract is 3 months.

5. The contract for collecting 1062 metres cube of stones from Layat Fields and loading same on trucks for section from Km. 1.300 to Km. 2.220 of the Acre-Safad road has been awarded to MESSRS. T H E ROADS AND BUILDINGS CONTRAC­TORS C O . of Haifa at LP.0.058 mils per metre cube. Period of contract is 35 days.

6. The contract for the erection of a fence around the land of the Agricultural School, Tulkarm, has been awarded to M R . SALIM SULEIMAN HADDAD of Nablus at 25° / Q below P .W.D. estimate rates. Period of contract is 5 weeks.

7. Contracts for the supply of animal feeding stuffs for the period 1.5 35 to 31.7.35 have been awarded to the under-mentioned persons at the rates mentioned below :

It is notified for general information that in future notices intended for publication in the Palestine Gazette should be addressed, together with the appropriate publication fees, direct to the Superintendent of Printing and Stationery, Russian Buildings, Jerusalem.

Notices of registration of Companies, Co­operative Societies, Trade Marks and Patents will not be accepted for publication unless submitted through the appropriate Registrar.

Orders with regard to the administration of the estates of deceased persons or probate of wills, and any orders issued under the Companies Ordinance, 1929, or in accordance with any other Ordinance or Order of the Court, and notices of registration and dissolution of partnerships will not be inserted unless passed for publication by the Court.

Notices of dissolution of partnerships will not be accepted unless signed by the partners named therein or by their legal representatives.

The signature or representative character of a signatory must be verified by a declaration made by an advocate.
