It is a money spinner for the training providers which means it is an expensive proposition.
Learning is not fully retained if it is looked at as a fun activity by the audience.
Most of the training providers usually conduct activities which merely sell and not meet the need.
There are activities which are based on the similar model that can be rendered within the 4 walls of any organization

From OBT all people will know how to have vision, work together in order to be productive and successful.
