Many times there are unforeseen situations that require a student to miss one or more final exams. Please be aware ofthe following suggestions regarding the makeup of those exams. First, most courses give a District Exam, meaning thatall students throughout the district take the same exam in that course on the same day. Therefore, NO District Examcan be given before Tuesday, December 13th. Second, the last work day for teachers is Friday, December 16th. Con-sequently, every effort should be made to take all exams during the exams dates of December 13 th – 16th. If for somereason your student misses an exam and cannot make it up during that time, you will need to schedule an appointmentfor the student to take the makeup exam. Those exams will be given by appointment with the Assistant Principal of Cur-riculum Kecia Theodore, on Monday, January 2nd.
