It was moved by Professor Watts, seconded by Mr. G. W.Young, and unanimously resolved" That Principal H. A. Miersbe elected an Honorary Member of the Association."
The best thanks of the Association were voted to the Officers,the Members of Council retiring from office, the Auditors andthe Scrutineers.
The President then delivered the Annual Address, en titled"Fifty Years' Work of the Geologists' Association ." (See ante,p. 40 1.)
On the motion of Dr. J. W. Evans, seconded by Mr. W.Whitaker, it was resolved " T hat the President 's Address bepr inted in extenso and circulated amon g the members."
This terminat ed the Annual General Meeting.
